Chapter 8

*Lightly heated scene incoming - Brace yourself*

His lips still felt so familiar to you, you never forgot the way his lips marked yours the first time he kissed you. You put your hands on his shoulders and he lifts you up by your thighs and carries you inside your apartment. Once you're inside he doesn't waste any time before pinning you to the wall putting you down so you're able to stand on your own. He stops the kiss for a little bit and pulls back before he looks at you. "Whose scent is that? Why can I smell another man's scent mixed with yours?!" he asks, almost letting out a growl as he looks at you. He punches one hand into the wall next to your head, you jump as his hand meets the wall and try to escape but he blocks you with both his arms. Your eyes meet his and you feel your body going weak, your legs giving up underneath you. Jackson notices and grabs you by your waist pulling you close to him. You could feel his abs through his shirt next to your waist, you could see how his eyes shifted and turned back to a dark brown, almost black, before you fainted in his arms.

When you finally wake up you can feel Jackson nuzzling his face into your neck, his hot breath tickling your skin, your breath hitches at the feeling it gives your body. He notices that you're awake and hands you a glass of cold water, you drink a little bit before handing it back to him and he puts it back on the nightstand. You look at him "Jackson..." you whisper out, it's barely even a sound and he leans in closer to you. Placing himself on top of you looking into your eyes. "I'm so sorry princess, I didn't mean to scare you" he says in a soft tone. You just smile at him and pull him closer, nuzzling your face into the nape of his neck and letting out a sigh of relief. Your breath on his skin making him feel excited inside and you can suddenly feel his length push on your groin. "Ja-Jackson? Are you alright?" you ask softly, and he can't handle it anymore. Your sweet voice next to his ear making him go crazy.

He looks into your eyes, whispering "I'm fine, please... Please say you still love me...". He looks deep into your eyes and leans in letting his lips hit yours. You both feeling how the kiss grows hungrier. You dig your nails into his shoulders and you can feel how he craves for you even more now. He moves his kisses from your lips to your neck, softly kissing and biting down on it. Placing kisses on your collar bone making a tiny moan leave your lips. Jackson smiles to himself hearing your soft moans slipping through your lips. He pulls back, putting his forehead to yours and looking into your eyes. You're both panting hard from the rough kisses and you smile at him. Your eyes locked with his dark brown ones, his smile showing making your heart race and you could still feel the tingling in your belly like it never disappeared at all.

Jackson pulls himself a little back from you, smiling at you and biting his lower lip. "Do you still love me?" he asks in a raspy voice. You smile and cups his face with both your hands, nuzzling your nose to his before leaning back again "I do, but I need time. You hurt me and left me all alone. That's something you can't change". He smiles feeling warmth spread through his chest. His vampire-side trying to come through, but he knew he couldn't lose control with you. At least not now, not yet. He had to make sure that you really were his mate and that you were destined to be together. But right now, he was just happy to be with you, feel your lips next to his and feeling how your heart was beating at the speed of light in your chest.

You pull him closer and takes him a bit off guard "Kiss me" you whisper close to his ear. His eyes widen as a smile grows on his face again and he lets his lips hover over yours. He leans in and starts kissing your lips softly. He pushes your legs open and places himself between them to make sure he can be in a more comfortable position. As the kiss grows hungrier you feel his length pushing on your groin once more, making another moan leave your lips. He bites softly on your lower lip and you arch your back. Never been kissed this way your body is in ecstasy. You dig your nails in his back and pulls him closer to you, letting the kiss grow rougher with every move. He starts kissing on your neck again, this time making a tiny hickey and struggling to control his fangs from not biting into your neck. He blinks his eyes hard to avoid them from turning blood red again. He looks up at you and starts kissing you from your neck, softly down your chest and until he's kissing your inner thigh. Your back arches again and you bite down on your lower lip grabbing the sheets.

He turned you on in every kind of way, a tingling feeling spreading throughout your body and making your panties wet. He lets his hand slide over your panties slowly, you arch back and moans. He smirks and starts placing tiny kisses to them. You gasp out and your eyes fly open widening as you say his name and poke his shoulder. He crawls back up and watches your face, watching how you smile towards him and make him feel happy.

But your happiness is short lived as you suddenly sit back up and Jackson back away from you just before your head could bump into his. "Wh-What time is it? How long was I out for?" you check your phone and see that it's 02.00 AM, you sink back down and lets out a breath of relief. "Is there something wrong? You were actually just out of it for an hour" Jackson assures you. You curl up into a ball under your blanket and look at him with a smile "Would you stay with me tonight? Or at least until I've fallen asleep, please?", he smirks and pull you into his chest, wrapping his arms around you making you feel comfort.

He sighs and nuzzles into your neck, kissing it softly, pulling you even closer to him. You smile and put your arms on top of his. His strong arms making you feel safe, you could feel his heart beating through his toned chest and you could feel his warmth spread onto your body. You had never felt this safe, and you had also never tried sleeping close to someone like this, it was an entire new feeling and it made you feel happy. It had been a long time since you felt like this and you really felt lucky to be in Jackson's strong arms like this.

Once you fell asleep Jackson unwrapped himself from you, smiling as he knew you still loved him. He walked out of your bedroom and into the living room, he pulled out his phone and dialed a number.

"Hey, it's me. Yeah, she's asleep so just come to the door and I'll let you in. We have to make this quick".
He hangs up the phone as his fangs comes out and his eyes shift to blood red while he's staring at the moon from your living room window with a smirk plastered on his face.
