Every sound
Every word
Like an echo in my head
Spinning around and around
Never ending
Just keeps going
And going
And going
And going
And it stops
Suddenly, with no warning
It comes crashing down
And it hurts more then the constant spiralling
Because now there's no thinking
There's no control
Just silence
And my thoughts
In my head
And my eyes
Staring
With a scared look that's confuses other people
There's nothing scary around
What's wrong?
You can't see it
It's inside
Inside me
Inside my head
But it's silent
And the fact that I can't hear it
Is what's scaring me
