Sam saw a small picture of Jess smiling, his heart was aching just by seeing that picture. He was planning to have a future with her. Marriage, buying a house together, owning pets, making dinner for her, and even having kids.
"I uh," Sam spoke, he laughs.
"You said roses were lame, so I bought you, uh," Sam couldn't take it anymore, he couldn't hold back his tears.
"Jess, oh god." Sam kneels to set the flowers down.
"I should have protected you. I should've have told you the truth."
Sam leans the flowers in front of the crucifix. An arm shot up from the ground and grabs Sam by the wrist.

Sam jerks up awake, Elena was riding the back while looking out of the window, dried tears has overcome her face. Sam was riding shotgun.
Sam blinks and rubs his eyes, Dean glances over at him with concern on his face.
"You okay?" Dean asked.
Sam glances over and away.
"Yeah, I'm fine." Sam responded.
"Another nightmare?" Dean asked again.
Sam clears his throat knowing he did have another nightmare once again.
Dean looked at his rear mirror and saw Elena not paying any attention to them. He needed to get answers from her.
"So lady, what's your name and how did you know we were in Jericho?"
Elena looked at Dean's eyes through the mirror, she had a feeling that this guy wasn't a fan of her and that he appeared insensitive than the other guy.
