"Ma'am, can you hear me?" A voice calls out
Elena is trying to gain conscious, but she is having a hard time trying to grasp of what's going on.
"Ma'am everything is going to be alright."

Elena sees that she's in an ambulance, "Where's... where are they?" She tries to talk the female paramedic
"Don't worry, they are behind us. In the other ambulances."
"What exactly happened?"
"It appeared that an eighteen-wheeler hit you guys, the driver was drunk and died on scene."
Elena remembered seeings lights coming right at them, she also remembers that Dean was bleeding badly, she was helping him in the back seat.
"How's Dean... the guy with the short hair... green eyes?"
"I don't know ma'am, but I suggest for you to rest."
Elena suddenly passed out due to the injuries and tiredness.
