Alex gently held Li Chen's hand as he led him to the foyer.
" Don't be afraid, I'm just trying to get to know you better. After all, you are my girlfriend's personal stylist."
" I'm not, so what do you want to talk about Mr Murray?"
" Let's start with the basics. Our names. You will call me Alex. Alex Murray. "
" Okay Al- Alex, I'm Li Chen."
"Cool, so where are you originally from? You don't seem like an American to me."
"Oh. I'm from Korea, and thus my name. My mother is Chinese and my dad is Korean."
"Interesting, how is it like back there?"
"Well, Its pretty nice. Though most of my life, I lived at Canada. Supposedly."
Canada? That was where Maisy and i used to live at.
"Supposedly?"
"Yup, I lost my memory at an accident a long time ago from some incident that my parents refuse to tell me about, pretty freaky to me.."
Accident? Maisy's..
"Oh that's cool. But don't be too worried, it's probably just some awkward freak show."
"You're so funny, Alex."
" Oh. I know I am."
" I've always heard rumours about you being destructive and rude, guess that's just a myth!"
" I'm kind of like that. Sometimes."
Awkward silence.
" Alexx, I'm really tired, I'm gonna sleep now okay?"
"Alright then, see you around."
"Mmm..by the way, my old name was supposedly Maisy. A girl's name, what a joke!"
"WAIT WHAT?!"
"Goodnighty Alex. See you too."
