Moving On...

Mino POV:
I was at a local diner near my apartment. I decided to just eat alone for today and relax. It was a rainy day, and I love relaxing on these types of days. It's very soothing. Anyways, I stared out the window. As I was staring out the window I hear the door open. I quickly stare up and see Jay and Hanbin holding hands.

Oh my God, is that Jay and Hanbin? Why are they together...?
I sat there staring at them for a while, until I noticed a pair of hands tap my shoulders.

"Hey Mino. Long time no see!"
I quickly glance up and see Hoony. Staring at me with a bright smile on his face.
"Hoony? I thought you moved outta town?"
I was shocked to see him. He smiled and grabbed my hand.
"I missed you so much babe~~~"
Hoony said while clenching onto my hand harder.

I sighed and looked down. What does he want? Why is he here? I haven't spoken to him since high school.

"What is it Hoony?" I said while looking at him straight in the eye.
"You really don't know why I'm here?" He asked me while looking angry.
"No I don't"
I replied.

He sighed and let go of my hand.
"Are you serious? After all I've done for you back then. You don't see why I've been chasing after you? Why I'm here?"
Hoony began clenching his fist. And he glanced at me.
"I was there for you when Taehyun left you. I was there when you were mourning over Jay. I was there when you were lost. I was there no matter what. I loved you when no one else did! And you never returned my love back....you were to caught up in everyone else when I was the one who was there for you the most."
I stayed silent. I was shocked, and didn't know what to say.
Suddenly Hoony spoke again.

"You will never be with Jay. He's with that guy now. Just face the facts Mino...you can either be with me who loves you and cares for you. Or waste your time chasing after Jay. Your choice."

I sat there staring at Hoony, then I spoke.
"You're right. I'll never be with Jay. But I won't be with you either Hoony."
I quickly got up and left, leaving Hoony behind.
"Mino! Please don't leave!"
I heard Hoony yell, but I kept walking. I didn't wanna hear it from him.

Hoony's POV:
I can't believe Mino. Why would he say that? I just told him how much I love him...how dare he. It's all Jays fault. He used Mino to the point where he doesn't even love anyone else. I'll get him back one day. He'll pay for hurting Mino and taking him away from me. He will be sorry. I then glanced over and saw Jay laughing with his new boyfriend.

As I sat there in silence and shock, I quickly saw Jay get up and use the restroom, so I took the opportunity to approach the man he was with. He was quite handsome, but I needed to know his name. So I got up and approached the man. I then sat across from him and looked at him with a smile so I wouldn't look suspicious.

"Hey~"
I said slyly while looking around.
"Mind telling me your name?"
I asked while getting closer to him.

"What's it to ya?"
He asked while furrowing his brows at me.
"Why do you need to know huh?"
I quickly got up and began getting aggressive with him.

"Look. Tell me your name NOW."
I said while holding onto his collar.
"Who are you?!"
I asked while shaking him.

"What the fuck?! I'm Kim Hanbin. There. You happy?"
He replied while pushing me away from him.

"Oh okay..."
I said while letting go of him and laughing awkwardly.
"Thanks!!"
I then saw Jay exiting  the restroom, I took this opportunity to run away. If didn't want him to see me.

Kim Hanbin huh?
I thought to myself as I was exiting the diner.

Mino's POV:
I sat there thinking about what Hoony had said. Maybe I should move on from Jay. He's clearly happy with Hanbin, and I don't wanna mess that up for him. All I want is for him to be happy, after what I've done to him I don't deserve to be around him. I sighed at my thoughts, and sat there for a while.

Flashback:
It was a regular day at school. I was walking and approaching the campus. Once I approached the school, I saw Jay standing there waiting for me.

"Hey Mino! Nice to see you!"
He said to me while smiling and waving.

"Hey Jay."
I replied while smiling back causally.

"Wanna walk around for a bit? School starts in 30 minutes."
Jay proposed.

"Sure."
I replied.

As we were walking around Hoony quickly ran up to me with a bright smile on his face.

"Mino! There you are I was looking for you!"
He said while hugging me.

"Hoony?! Why were you looking for me."
I asked in a confused tone.

"Oh I was just looking for you because i wanted to know if you finished Mrs.Lee's project ??"
He said while scratching his head.

"Oh well-"
Before I could finish my sentence, one of the teachers calls me to speak with them.
"I'll be right back."
I said.

Authors POV;
"Okay, I think I'll get going." Jay said.

"No! Stay!"
I  Hoony asks.

"Why?"
Jay says.

After Mino was out of sight, Hoony quickly got aggressive.

"Listen Jay. I know what you're trying to do, I'm not stupid."
Hoony said while getting closer to Jay.
"I know you're trying to take Mino away from me. I say, stay away from him. Before something happens. You don't wanna see me angry."
Hoony told Jay, as he pushed him against the wall.
"Now, scram. If I ever see you with Mino again, you're gonna wish that he'd never laid his eyes on you. Got it?"

"I-"
Jay was speechless, he had no idea what to do or say.

"Go."
Hoony said.
"Before someone gets hurt."

Jay quickly ran away, fearing of what Hoony would do if he didn't leave.

Mino then left the teachers work room and approached Hoony.

"Where did Jay go?" He asked.

"Oh! He had to speak to Mr.Chae about something, he said that it'll take a while."
Hoony said with a promising smile.

"We should head to Mrs.Lee's."
Hoony suggested.
