It was raining, perfect for the occasion. The day was dark and gloomy, as though the gods above were grieving too.

Taehyung stood infront of the grave, the rest standing behind him, giving him the space he needed to collect his thoughts.

He had his head down and bowed, feeling ever so guilty for once forgetting the bunny boy they had cared for like a brother when they were kids.

Baekhyun, although not knowing of the past the group had with the boy, was close to tears, having grown fond of the younger over the short time he knew him.

"I'm so sorry, Jungkookie.." Taehyung said softly, the rain mingling with his neverending tear streams. "I'm so sorry for forgetting you.."

The wind blew around them, the leaves rustling along.

"I've hurt you more than words can explain," Taehyung continued, words choked up as he tried to speak. "I never ever meant to, but I did and now-"

"Now you're gone from this world.." Taehyung began to sob, body shaking. His boyfriend came behind him, rubbing his back in an attempt to comfort him but was pushed away gently. "This world was too cruel to you.. You didn't deserve anything that was thrown at you.."

"All you deserved was kindness and everything pure, something that none of us could have given you." Taehyung looked back at the group who stood a few ways away, their eyes glistening with tears. Even Yoongi, whom was the group's 'emotionless mascot' stood with silent tears making their way down his pale cheeks.

"Even so, may the afterlife treat you better than we ever could, than I ever could."

Jin came forward, placing a bouquet of flowers that he had spent hours making for Jungkook, placing a homemade flower crown ontop of the gravestone, decorating the dull grey with a small pop of colour, representing more than what met the eye.

"This time, we won't forget you."

"We never will."
