Epilogue

EPILOGUE   STILL MELONEY’S POV

Four years later…………..  

My mom and Emily were helping me get into my cream silky dress. They were both wearing beautiful dresses to. “I can’t believe it’s already the day.” My mom said trying to keep the tears down. She was right Andrew had taken over RipTide and Wild Thorns. We had been together for almost five years and finally getting married. “When Nick and I get married you are so my maid of honor.” Emily said hugging me tightly. I heard the piano start to play. I got so nervous. 

My mom wrapped her arms around my arm. “Ready, Honey? It’s almost out turn. Not too late to back off.”She teases. “I’m more than ready.” My voice was more than a whisper. Nerves were taking over. “Well, I’ll see you guys out there.”Emily said walking ahead of us. Lily made her way over in her beautiful pink dress. “Bye momma.” She said to me. Lily was only three years old. “Bye, sweetie I’ll see you and daddy when I get out there.” She smiled happily. I watched her walk out with the flower basket. She was so adorable.  

They started playing and I took a deep breath. As soon as I walked out I saw Andrew. He looked so hot in his little tux. The desire was unreal. I hadn’t seen him for a whole day and it was driving me crazy. I wanted to run to him and ravage him. I tried to quicken my pace but my mom kept it slow. After what felt like forever we finally made it to the altar. “Hi sexy.” He whispered. I felt a chill run up my spine. “You don’t look so bad yourself.” I whispered seductively. The priest started, “Meloney repeat after me…” I repeated hat he said and so did Andrew.  

I internally groaned. I just wanted to kiss him. He slipped the ring on my left finger as I did with his. I said my vows, “Andrew, the first time I saw you I thought you were just a player. Then, we kissed and we went through a lot. I love you more than anything and I would never want to marry anyone except you. I love you, Andrew.” Andrew started his, “When I first saw you my heart literally jumped out of my chest. You had me before I even knew it. We went through a lot like you said but I was always there to rescue you. I’m so happy you agreed to marry me. I’ve never loved a girl as much as I love you.” He said confidently. I felt tears trying to break through.  

Finally the priest said, “You may now kiss the bride.” Andrew was already kissing me by the time he said you may. I chuckled against his lips. I arched into his body wanting to make sure this was all real. He stuck his tongue in and it felt so much better because I hadn’t seen him in forever. I instantly forgot where we were and I pulled him closer to me to deepen the kiss. I heard clapping and realized where we were. I pulled away and Lily jumped in my arms. “I want a kiss too momma.” She said giving me a stern look. I look towards Andrew and smiled. “Me and daddy will give you a kiss.” I told her.  

Andrew and I kissed her cheeks and she giggled. Emily, my mom and Nick came over. “Picture Time!!” Emily yelled. There was a cameraman in front of us. Andrew kissed me and the camera clicked. It was time for the after party. I was dancing with Emily and my mom. I walked over to the buffet and started eating some brownies. That’s when I started feeling sick. I ran to the bathroom and threw up. Emily and my mom came over knocking on the door. “Meloney, honey. Are you alright?” My mom asked “No.”I croaked. “You don’t think!” Emily said. I gasped at the thought. I took out a pregnancy test and waited. It had two blue lines. I was pregnant again.  

I walked out of the bathroom. “I’m pregnant.” I whispered they both squealed loudly. They were about to tell everyone. “Wait, let me tell Andrew first.” I hissed to them. They nodded their heads slowly. “Fine.” Emily said sadly. I walked around to find Andrew. “Okay, it’s time for the first dance. Would the bride and groom come to the dance floor please?”  Yes!! I can tell him on the dance floor. I felt a hand trail across my waist and I felt tingles all around.

He led me to the dance floor as All About Us played. I wrapped my arms around his neck and he wrapped his arms around my waist. “Why did you play this song?” I whispered to him. He laughed quietly. “Well, it’s the first song that we kissed to and the first song I sang with you. Therefore our song.” He stated matter-of-factly. We danced slowly; I rested my head on his chest. When the song was about to end I remembered something.    

“Andrew, I have something to tell you.”I said kind nervous of what he would say. “Hmm?” “I’m pregnant again.” He pulled away from me and looked at me with wide eyes. “You’re pregnant?” He whispered. I nodded my head. He picked me up and twirled me around. “I better get a boy this time.”He whispered. I nodded my head and tears came out. He put me down and turned to the crowd. “MELONEY’S GONNA HAVE ANOTHER BABY!!!!” He yelled to everyone. I slapped him on the chest playfully. “Andrew!” I said sternly. Everyone was looking at us. I blushed and hid my face in his coat.   He laughed at me.

“Our family is just getting bigger.” He whispered to me. I nodded my head in agreement. “Just as long as you’re nice to the guy who is Lily’s mate. I’ll be fine. No ripping heads off either.” I said sternly. “This is just the beginning, beautiful.” He said. Lily ran up to me. “Momma’s havin another baby?” She asked cocking her head, just like I do. “You look just like mommy, and yes maybe you can get a little brother!” He said hopefully. I laughed and hugged what was new family. Lily, Andrew and the new baby that’s coming are the most important people in the world to me.

There will be a sequel with Lily and Meloney’s baby. I’m not going to give too much

though so will just have to wait and read.
