The shy one (Pucca fanfic)

House of Doom

What a peaceful day. We're at Garu's house, and Garu and Mio are outside meditating. Garu's even doing the 'mmmmmhhhh' sound you do when meditating in the movies. Somewhere in the bamboo woods, Abyo is coming at Garu with everything he's got. Abyo's face turns red, and his yell is getting louder than ever (which is really sayin' something). Due to his loudness, Garu was aware of Abyo's appearance and now focused from meditating to defending himself, bringing out his sword. Too bad Abyo couldn't get to Garu. Pucca, a loyal fangirl, grabbed Abyo by his feet in mid-air before he could even attack Garu. Garu rolled his eyes in annoyance at Pucca while putting his sword away. Though he wonders where Ae-cha could be at.

"Pucca! Let go!" Abyo complained, also annoyed at Pucca. Pucca did just that, letting Abyo fall to the floor and tackles Garu, trowing him onto the picnic blanket decorated with heart patterns. She lands safely next to him. Garu groans in pain as he slowly got up. Turns out he got himself a black eye from being thrown. (seat arrangement: Mio at center, Ching---Abyo---Ae-cha---Garu---Pucca) Ae-cha, being the sweetheart she is, quickly reached into her backpack and got out some ointment. Garu sees the bottle and knew Ae-cha's intentions were good. With a nod of approval from Garu, Ae-cha carefully rubbed the ointment around his eye. Slowly, the bruise disappeared. Pucca quickly shoved a bowl of noodles in front of Garu and speedily ate hers.

Abyo entered the picnic area, 'HIIIIIIIYYYYYAAAHHH!' ripped his shirt off, and calmly sat down and ate his noodles. Ching followed and started to eat her noodles. Shrugging their shoulders at each other, Ae-cha and Garu began to eat their noodles.

A cute little yellow bird decided that Garu's roof looks pretty darn comfy and flies over to it. But once it landed, the place it was on started to go lower and lower and lower until it suddenly springs upward, getting rid of the lazy bird, who left behind some feathers.

Seeing the incident, Abyo asks Garu, "Garu, is it true your ninja house is full of booby traps?" Garu nods yes to confirm that question. "That is so cool!" Abyo commented.

Ae-cha brought out some cups while Ching gets out her container of orange juice. After pouring everyone a cup of orange juice, all five kids began to drink their beverages. While drinking, Garu, Ching, Abyo and Ae-cha saw a turtle come out of the container and calmly walk away as if it did nothing. Knowing a turtle was in their drink, Garu, Ching, Abyo and Ae-cha began to spit out their orange juice that was in their mouths. Pucca didn't seem to notice the turtle and finished drinking the orange juice.

"I'll just go get some ninja drinks from Garu's house." Abyo announced before ninja dashing to Garu's house. Garu realized what Abyo's trying to do and ninja jumps to his house. Before Abyo could even get to the front stairs of the house, Garu was over there and shuts his slide door close from the inside. Abyo wouldn't give up, though, and starts to pull at the door, hoping his strength would open it. Seeing her boyfriend struggle, Ching skips over and helps Abyo pull the door open. It did started to open, but Garu's more stubborn than the two of them and pushes the door back close.

"Come on! We wanna see your house!" Abyo complained. Garu didn't reply, only making sure his door stays shut. Abyo suddenly got an idea~

"Garu! Evil ninjas!" Abyo calls out, alerting Garu of the 'danger' that's close by. Just hearing those words alone got Garu alarmed. Pushing the door open (sending Abyo and Ching flying away), Garu ninja jumped out of his house, lands stealthy and brings out his sword. He looks around for any danger only to see a frog. No wait, scratch that, a frog and Santa dressed as a frog. The frog jumps over Santa frog, hopping away. Santa follows the frog, going 'Ho, ho, ho' while doing so. Garu's face starts to turn slightly red as he realizes that he's been tricked so easily (and disturbed that an old man is dressed as a frog).
