Okay, first of all, I would like to wish you all a Happy New Years! And as you can tell I didn't post a new chapter on New Years Day so I'm sorry about that :(

Peter turns off the lights in the locker room as Derek and I stand by in the shower area. "Danny?" Scott calls and we can hear him shuffling around, his noises bouncing off the lockers and walls.

We hear Scott trying to turn on the lights but is unsuccessful. Derek rolls a lacrosse ball on the floor giving away our spot. The ball gently hits the lockers and rolls back before coming to its final stop.

Scott slowly creeps his way around the corner and jump in the slightest when he sees us. His brain not registering that it was us at that moment in time. "Thank God! Where the hell have you guys been?" He questions tone filled with relief.

Derek stares, straight-faced at Scott while I hold my arms to the side of me and look down at the ground. Not being able to look Scott in the eyes. "Do you have any idea what's been going on?" He asks frantically.

Peter comes around the other side of the corner holding a random lacrosse stick in his hands. He turns it while eying it skeptically. "I really don't get Lacrosse." He says

Scott looks our uncle up and down not believing his eyes. "It was you -" He mumbled in shock. Never thinking that our catatonic uncle would be behind all of this. Scott just stares at him with wide eyes as Peter continues to talk.

"When I was in high school, we played basketball. There's a real sport." He points the lacrosse stick at Scott, then looked back down at the stick that played in his hands. Scott looks back at my brother and I then back to our uncle

"Still, I read somewhere that Lacrosse comes from native Americans tribes and that they played it to resolve conflict." He lifts the lacrosse stick in his hands like he's going to swing it when he puts it over his shoulder thinking. "I have that right?" He asks himself looking off into the distance.

"Hm." He shakes his head dismissing the thought and brings the lacrosse stick back down from his shoulder. "I have a little conflict of my own to resolve, Scott." He sets the stick down "But I need your help to do it."

"I'm not helping you kill people." Scott sneers while glaring at him, have gotten over his initial shock.

Peter looks at him with fake hurt "Well, I don't want to kill all of them." Scott looks at him confused, so Peter clarifies. "Just the responsible ones. And that doesn't have to include -" He stops himself short his eyebrows knitting together while trying to think of the name but it just wasn't coming.

He purses his lips and looks over at me for help wanting me to say it, not Derek.

Derek looks down at me with an expression I can't read. Swallowing thickly I said her name. "Allison." I reluctantly spit out still looking down at my feet.

I glance up to Scott and instantly regret the small action. He looks back at us with a hurt expression. "You're on his side?" He asks looking like a kicked puppy. "Are you forgetting the part where he killed your sister?" His voice turns to anger pointing at our uncle.

I stay silent feeling bad for practically betraying them. Derek glances at Peter, then Scott, then back to Peter. "It was a mistake." He says tone as flat as can be.

"What?" Scott asks us in disbelief on what just came out of Derek's mouth.

"It happens," Derek says pointedly at Scott.

"Scott - I think you're getting the wrong impression of us. We really just want to help you reach your full potential." Peter reasoned.

"By killing my friends." Scott says with sadness lacing his voice.
