Chapter 11 AKA: Good Lacrosse Ball To The Face

Kate turned up the dial on the box increasing the amount of electric bolts that ran through the two siblings. Both of them were tense and shook violently as the electricity ran throughout their bodies.

The two on reflex holding their breaths as they were tensed up trying to subside the pain. The light that Kate had on flickered from the electricity that was being used, their screams filling the room echoing off the bricks.

"What are you doing to them? Is that gonna kill them?" Allison asks looking at her friend who was being electrocuted worriedly.

Kate laughs shaking her head "Oh, come on, kiddo. Don't get all ethical on me now." Kate says finally turning off the electricity. The two siblings go limp, breathing heavy breaths of relief, as their bodies ache in pain.

"What are they?" Allison asks with an uneasy feeling in her stomach.

Kate purses her lips "Shapeshifter. Lycan. Werewolf." She laughs maniacally to herself as Derek glares at Kate, and Dakota hangs her head catching her breath. "To me, they're just more dumb animals." Kate turns the bolts back up, both of them screaming and groaning out in pain and shaking once again with each bolt of electricity takes over their bodies.

Kate walks up to a transformed Derek who drops his head loosely just like Dakota is doing. "Come here." Kate grabs Derek's mouth and moves his lips out of the way of his canines. "See these right here? These are canines, also known as fangs."

Allison walks closer to the three. "Made for the tearing and rending of flesh. Not something you'd find on those cute little leaf-eating herbivores, is it?" Kate rhetorically asks as Allison looks up at them with pity.

Allison glares at her aunt "This is a joke to you?" She questions arms still crossed over her chest.

Kate smiles "Sweetheart, there are werewolves running around in the world." She lets go of Derek. "Everything's a joke to me. How else do you think I stay sane?"

"Okay, then how come Dakota hasn't changed yet, like him." She motions to her friend and her friends older brother.

"You see sweety, she's weak at the moment. Werewolves can't change when they are weak like this and with enough electricity, they are physically unable to change into their other form." Kate explains, only the part where if they are too weak being true. But the part where Dakota was one, she lied through her teeth.

Allison looks up at Dakota with a hurt expression as Dakota looks at her with sad eyes. Knowing that she believed every little thing about what her aunt had just said. That she thinks that Dakota had betrayed her.

Allison shakes her head looking back at Kate "So - it was them at the high school and all the other animal attacks?" Allison asks not knowing what to think

Kate takes Allison by the shoulder and leads her away from the siblings. "There's actually four of them - Another younger one like them " She motions over to Derek and Dakota with her head. "called a Beta, and then there's the Alpha. Alpha's the pack leader - Bigger, stronger, nastier." She pushes Allison to the other side of the room. "Those - are the real ugly ones." She says.

Kate and Allison exit the room ending up where they were before they went in. once Kate closed the door with ease Allison asked. "When were they gonna tell me?" Wanting to know how long her parents planned on keeping this from her, or if they ever planned on telling her.

"They still haven't decided if they're gonna tell you." Kate tells her straightforward.

"Why?" Allison asks another question.

"Let's just say if you react badly when you find out -" She clicks her tongue and shakes her head a little "Not good." She says and walks back down the hall.
