In the morning I wake to banging on my door. Everyone looks to have been awoken in the same manner as we all have sleep glazing our eyes. Who ever it was calls out something along the lines of a Code Yellow, and then disappears shooting up the stairs. Ronan instantly is alert and starts giving instructions. No weapons, get ready to fight.

Where Ronan leads us I have never seen before. We all pour into the colossal rectangular room. Those of us new to this are looking around in both awe and a tinge of fear. The others who have clearly done this before all have their eyes dead set on the set of doors to the opposite side of room.

I watch along with them and my eyes widen a bit when they open revealing other students. Some sport wings, and a few tails, but even from this far away I know exactly what they are. These are the succubi and incubi students of Level S. The color drains from my face. This could be a challenge to make out of hidden.

A voice booms from somewhere above us, reverberating around the room. "Code Yellow. No Weapons. A full scale battle. No killing. The team left remaining will be crowned victor."

Bloody hell.

As a group we tentatively move forward. I let myself sink to the back after laying eyes on him. Why did this need to be happening right now. I was going to have to run into him tomorrow anyways and I was going to let myself have a freak out about it tonight. Low and behold the universe, or at least the Academy, is clearly against me keeping my secrets in lockdown. Where they belong I might add.

We meet the other group and come to a stop, a good ten or twelve feet in between the front of each group. I scan over them and pick out around ten humans. More than I had expected. My eyes land on Lily and I force myself to look away. In the end I am back to staring at him. Looking over him I soak in his appearance.

His eyes look duller overall but have a certain glint of excitement about them. He has built up muscle from when I last truly saw him months ago. His thick blonde hair is messy, not as it had usually been. Peering into his ocean blue eyes I almost lose the strength in my knees. I tear my eyes from his and look over him a bit more. He is wearing casual clothes as he always had when training. However he still managed to scream importance and power. The way he holds himself, as though he is ready to take lead any moment.

Then the fighting breaks out and he is enveloped into the waves of people. I throw up my guard but make no move to get into the thicket of the fighting. I watch Lily knock out a boy and her eyes lock on me. She rushes forward and I prepare myself for the intensity ahead.

"I always wanted to really fight you Carino!" She exclaims, swinging a right hook at me simultaneously.

I dodge and a wicked smile overtakes me. I am going to enjoy this. I go in for a blow to her gut but she jumps back just in time. Not giving her time to retaliate I instantly swing my leg around aiming for her dominante left arm. She does not manage to escape me and her shriek is startling. Not the intimidation she should have gone for, but I suppose she is not exactly thinking about that right now.

With her dominante arm weakened she starts backing out of the fight. I, however, do not let her. Fear is alight in her eyes as I go in for an uppercut. She just barely tilts her head back enough to avoid my skull rattling blow. I swipe my leg at hers, sending her crashing to the ground. She submits and then disappears.

A wizard, or someone of the likes, must be watching over and removing those who have already submitted to another location. I am not given much time to ponder it as a succubus comes up to me. She goes to cast her illusion but I get to her faster. Grabbing her head I ram it down into my knee knocking her out instantly. She disappears and I wait for my next opponent.
