It's simply not fair

It's simply not fair, that racism is just a thing racist folks feel like they don't need to hide anymore. They all feel like it's OKAY to just be racist. (I'm going to later do a rant only about racism, and the general topic) but what really isn't fair, is that black people, my people, are dying due to the ignorance of others. Actually, more like hatred and discrimination, of others.

If I say ignorant, I'm giving them too much credit: ignorant implies a lack of knowledge. They know, they just don't care. So They shoot my people out of so-called "self-defense", and im calling bullshit. Rarely ever is it really self defense. Sandra Bland was driving a car. And we know she didn't kill herself.
Even if Eric Garner was selling single cigarettes, he didn't deserve to die for it.

Freddie Gray,
Michael Brown,
Tamir Rice,
Sandra Bland,
Walter Scott,
Alton Sterling,
Philando Castile,
Rekia Boyd,
Laquan McDonald,
And too many others. And to them, I hope they rest in perfect peace.

But it's not fair, that they lost their lives because of how they look. That's just about the most obscure thing I've ever heard. When will it end? When will the senseless murder and hate, end? How many murders will it take?

I still just can't figure out what drives a person to hate another human being based off of how they look. I can't even break it down into simpler words it baffles me so much. It hurts me just to think about it.

So I've decided, that the next time there's a protest: I'm going. I can't expect change if I don't stand up and do something. I want to be responsible for change for the better. I know that one person can't change the world, but if you keep on adding one more person to a cause, that number starts to grow.
