"Alright Buddy......It's our last day.....I Love you..." Haven ruffles his dog's white slick fur, a single tear slipped from his pained and saddened eyes. Buddy whimper and nuzzle his master's face affectionately.

"Iknow...I know...It's not right to give up but...I have nothing to fight for anymore. I'm tired...I want to rest already. What about you Buddy? Oh? Such a good boy..hahaha." Haven look at his dog who's beside him sitting at the edge of a rooftop of a three-story hotel waiting for their......demise. It's been a month since the end of the world came, it's been a month since the human who's infected in the mysterious virus and become a monster and started to bite people, be it's their loved ones, friends, comrades, and strangers. It's been a month since Haven fight his way to live with his friends and a few trustable comrades beside him, giving him the strength to fight and live a life in this doomed world and It's been a day since his last friend died in front of him, sacrificing his life for his life.

Haven arranged an acoustic guitar to his lap and strum it gently, A gun in his left and to his right is Buddy. He looks down at the stumbling form of human from his place at the rooftop, gently swinging his feet that was dangling at the air.

Alright, It's time.

I walk through the valley of the shadow of death

And I'll fear no evil because I'm blind to it all

A song gently blasts at the speaker in his back that was connected in his guitar, he gently sing the song attracting the human form that was already stumbling to that particular hotel.

A ticking noise accompanied him. 

Haven closes his eyes tightly, his finger's that was strumming the guitar tremble slightly, not from fear but from pain in his heart. Just wait for me....I'll comes to guys shortly after I'll kill these sonofabitches.

And my mind and my gun they comfort me

Because I know I'll kill my enemies when they come

"Hey, Haven! Don't give up so easily! Your our leader man....we trust you with our life! No matter what happens we will live because you are here, our strong, brave, and intelligent leader. Man... I will kill you personally with this beautiful hands of mine if you make that kind of look again and think negatively, alright? So straighten your back and be the leader who guides us since this fucking doom come" Steve smiled at him.

Haven look around him, the friends and comrades that fight beside him since this doomed day look at him with respect and trust.

"But...why are you trusting your lives in my hands? I'm just an ordinary student who wants to pass his tests, have a job and make a small family." Haven shake his head side to side slowly, his hands forming a tight fist.

" hmmpp!...hah!...you? an ordinary student? hahaha, are you joking? Yup, you're an ordinary student.....in your eyes but from the people who surrounded you....your extraordinary. Haven...you are our leader even if this bitch of a doom didn't come in this world, You are the one who makes us live in this world! even if the world already gives up on us! We are just delinquent gangster in the street who lost our lives in the hands of a cruel fate since we come into this world! Dammit! You make us wish a better life, you make us look upon you like you are our god...Haven you're not just an ordinary student, you are not just an ordinary friend of ours... you are our SAVIOR." Key clasp his hand with him tightly and looks at him seriously.

Haven look at the man in front of him. Key Hervert, a leader of one of the most dangerous gang in their city. He met him in one of their fights, after achieving victory decided to end his life in front of his friends with a gun in his temple. "Hey, guys...This is our last meeting...I'm tired of this kind of life." Key Hervert closes his eyes and readied his finger to click the trigger but a sudden force that made him stumble in the ground and stop him from ending his life.

"Hey! hey! calm down, guys! Ending your life is not a solution! Your a bad man alright but there's still a path of forgiveness! forgive your self and make a better life, Live a life that you want....ah...ah..hehe...I'm just a concern passerby guys...continue your...ahem..activities." Haven lift his hands in a surrender action before walking backward slowly. The surrounding men have a shock expression with complete wide eyes and hanging jaws.

That's the start of their life bound friendship.

Surely goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life

And I will dwell on this earth forevermore

Haven looked the slowly coming dead human, A dead human but still walking? yeah, that was hilarious, That was the first reaction of Haven when he hears that hilarious joke but....it's not a joke.

Still I walk beside the still waters and they restore my soul

But I can't walk on the path of the right because I'm wrong

His friends came up in his front door knocking furiously, a panic expression in their face. The end of the world has come and Haven and his friend with the stranger that they meet in their fight to live, depend on him as the sole leader that they trusted and respected.

Well I came upon a man at the top of a hill

Called himself the savior of the human race

Said he come to save the world from destruction and pain

But I said how can you save the world from itself

But it's still no use, they still died in front of him. Sacrifice their life so the others live a longer life, so he lives a long life but he did not need it.

Key, Steve, Harley, Gavin, Joker, and the others, they died, he saw all their deaths, it imprints in his memory, torturing him to no ends. 

Tears blurring his eyes sight, Haven looks up in the sky.

The ticking noise in the background continuing its countdown.

A ticking time bomb.

"Good bye Buddy." Haven kissed his dog's forehead one last time and closed his eyes tightly. The loud groaning and moaning of the dead coming closer.

"...ait!" 

"...Wait!"

Haven look at his left where the faint voices are coming,

"What?! A...human? Alive human?!" Haven stand-ups and carefully look at the rooftop of the other building, A human, A three human specifically waving their arms up and down to gain his attention.

"Wait! what are you doing?! get out of there! fast! come, jump up here!" A tall man with a military uniform wave at him frantically.

Haven look at them with wide eyes, This is the first time he saw a living human after he meets other and become his trusted comrade, he thought that he will not see other living humans after them because living in this kind of world is hard, food and safety is hard to come by and that's the most important thing that you must have. He and his friends struggle to get those two things and finally ending in their doom but here in his own eyes saw a three healthy and clean living human, you can clearly see that those three have no struggle to live a life in this world and that's intrigued him greatly that at that moment his feet run so fast that it blurred his eyes and jump in that building with the three intriguing human looking at him, his dog beside him panting and growling then a loud boom came from the building that supposed to be his burial.

Darkness creeps in his line of sight and finally falling unconscious.
