50th chapter! I don't know about y'all but I'm proud of myself

Jungkook- 21
Dahyun- 20 but soon to be 21

"Yah Jungkook ah! I can't see." Dahyun shouted from irritation.

"Just hold on for a bit, we're almost there." Jungkook said while pressing his hands a little more tighter on Dahyun's eyes.

"Let me go~" she struggled in his arms.

"Hehe never!" Jungkook said with excitement.

"We are here." He said and removed his hand from her eyes.

"This is our kindergarten." Dahyun said and looked around in awe.

"This is where we first met. The luckiest day of my life." Jungkook said and smiled at Dahyun which she gladly returned.

"The day was really magical. I don't think the little Jungkook would have believed that he will have such a pretty girlfriend." She mocked him and winked.

"Me too. I always think that I am not worthy of you. That you deserve something better." He said and Dahyun immediately kissed his cheek.
"I already have the best. My Jungkookie is the best." She said and smiled.

They roamed around the isolated school and soon reached their classroom.

"There are so many memories associated with this place, but to be honest, I don't even remember the most of them." Dahyun said sitting on a small bench.

"I know, me too." Jungkook said and sat in front of her.

"So lets make some new memories." Jungkook said after gathering courage.

He took out a box made of violet velvet and Dahyun's eyes widened to the size of the moon.

He kneeled in front of her and took her hand into his.

"Kim Dahyun, the moment when I saw you, I gave my heart to you and you cherished it like it is your own. Every moment, every second I had spent with you felt like heaven. You're my paradise. You're my everything. There is no me without you. You complete me. You're my other half and without you I'll be miserable but I don't even want to imagine that. My speech, that I prepared, was very different than this one." Dahyun laughed through tears.

"Dahyunie! Don't cry." He said while his tears were flowing down too.

"I brought you here because if it weren't for this place, everything would have been different and I don't want anything to be different. I want you, I want to be with you. To wake up next to you, to go to sleep only after I kissed you goodnight. To spend my days with you, to fight your problems for you. To give you strength, to be your strength.

I can't imagine my life without you. There would be no meaning to it. I want to marry you. To make you rightfully and lawfully mine. I love you so much that I can fight from the devil for you.

So Kim Dahyun, will you give me the honor of being the perfect husband for you? Will you please marry me?"

He said while his hands automatically tightened around Dahyun's, he wasn't sure if it was too early and if Dahyun was ready.

"Yes, I will. I won't hesitate because I want it too. I want to be your everything and all of the above. I don't want to give a speech, I want to see my ring!" She said making Jungkook laugh through his tears.

He opened the beautiful velvet box and there laid the most beautiful ring.
It wasn't the most costly ring but it was the prettiest thing Dahyun had ever seen. There were a few small diamond around a little big red ruby. The ring looked like the phase of dusk and dawn and Dahyun's heart skipped a beat when she saw it.

"Jungkook that looks expensive." She said and took her hands back but Jungkook grabbed it again and smiled.
"Its alright, I had been saving ever since we moved to Busan." He said caressing her hands.

'Is that why you were working two jobs? For a ring?" She asked tears forming in her eyes again.

"No. It was for you. The ring isn't 0.01% valuable as you are." Jungkook said and Dahyun hit his shoulder.

"Stop with the maths!" She said and Jungkook took her hands and slid it across her ring finger.

The ring was beautiful itself but Dahyun's hand made it look 100 times better.

"It is beautiful." She said looking at the ring.
She took the ring out and read the engavings.

'My Dahyunie, I love you. My most valuable treasure.'

Even the engraving was short and meaningless, Dahyun could feel his love for her. She slid it back again and pulled Jungkook for a loving kiss.

"I love you too. My Jungkookie, my knight in shining armour." Both of them giggled. Dahyun kept her forehead on Jungkook's and both of them closed their eyes.

"You make me feel so special all the time. I would be nothing without you." Dahyun said and Jungkook smiled.

He went for another kiss, he was kissing her as if she were about to leave him.

"Lets go home. Its getting late." Jungkook said making Dahyun pout.

"But I'll miss you. Can you stay over at my house?" She asked with puppy eyes.

"Again? I just stayed yesterday. Your parents will find it weird. And we'll go back to Busan tomorrow anyways. I want to stay with my mom." Jungkook pouted too.

"Tssk mumma-boy." She said and tickled Jungkook.

"Stop, stop! I'm not a mumma-boy." She kept tickling him to the point he started shouting for his mom.

"You are." She said and smiled making Jungkook smile too.

"Lets go. I want to spend my time wisely with my parents unlike you!" Dahyun said, flicked his forehead and ran away.

"Hey! Thats not fair!" Jungkook ran after her.

Well, I didn't expect it to be so big.

Time skip again. But you have to understand, I can't make this any bigger. No one would read such a big story anyways.
