•Your POV•

Waking up, I felt someone jump onto the mattress and then tumble on my legs- it was Ike. Ike was 10 now, and I always enjoyed seeing him. Even though it was really early.
"Hi (y/n) " He said sweetly. He got up and looked over at a sleeping Kyle. I glanced over at the clock. The time was almost 7 am.
"Hey Ike. What are you doing up this early?" I asked as I sat up and began to stretch my arms.
"Mom told me you were here so I came to say hi." He smiled. Kyle groaned and sat up.
"Ike get out. I'm trying to sleep." Kyle pointed at his door with his eyes half shut. Ike proceded to make his way out. I look over and Kyle was trying to go back to sleep.
"Cant go back to sleep?" I ask, laughing a little bit.
"Ugh. No." He sighed and shoved his pillow in his face. This made me chuckle a bit. I stood up and began to stretch my legs. I then quietly made my way to the bathroom. I stood in front of the mirror and fixed my hair and washed my face. I never usually did this but, for some reason I didn't want to look gross in front of Kyle anymore. I opened the cabinet under the sink, which was where Kyle kept a toothbrush for everyone. Stan's was blue, Eric's was yellow, and Kenny's was orange. I grabbed my toothbrush which was red. I began to brush my teeth to get rid of the morning breath. As I finished, there was a knock at the door. I quickly put away my toothbrush and opened the door. It was Shiela- Kyles mom.
"Oh hi Mrs. Broflovski." I greeted her with a smile.
"Hello (y/n). Gerald told me you were sleeping over. Where are the other boys."
"Stan and Kenny couldn't make it, and Eric left early so its just me." I let out an embarrassing laugh.
"Alright. Kyle's downstairs making waffles." I moved out of the doorway to let Sheila in. I made my way down the stairs and into the kitchen. It was kind of weird everyone was up at this time. I saw a happy Ike eating away at the waffles Kyle made for him.
"I made you some too." He says, glancing at me for a short second.
"Oh. Thanks." I blushed. Why am I blushing? I just tried my best to ignore it and grabbed the plate with waffles off the counter.
"So Stan said that we should have a little birthday party at Whistlin' Whilly's for Karens birthday." Stan. Stans name reminded me of yesterdays awkward moment I had with Stan. I nodded as I poured syrup onto my waffles. My phone rung, it was a text. A text from, Stan.
"Speak of the devil.." I sighed and checked Stan's message.
Stan Marsh: 'Hey (y/n). Did Kyle tell you about what the plan is for today?'
Me: 'Hey Stan, Kyle did tell me about that. What kind of things does Karen like?'
Stan: 'Well I guess she likes Panic and the Disco, but she doesn't have a cd player.'
Me: 'Alright thanks Stan.'
Stan: 'No problem ;)'
I immediately put my phone away to continue eating the waffles. I look over at Kyle who was staring right at me. He kept looking but then his eyes wandered away. I continued to eat my breakfast, then Kyle struck up a conversation. Stuff about school and about summer ending.
"Maybe after the party we can go to Stark's Pond again." Kyle got up with his plate in hand.
"Yeah ill text Stan-"
"I meant.. just, us (y/n). If thats okay with you." I hesitated, but I stood up with my plate also in hand.
"Yeah, thats fine. Could we maybe go to my house quick so I can freshen up." Kyle took my plate out of my hand then washed our plates.
"Sure, my mom said that she would take us." Kyle shook his hands to dry them off.
"Okay, should we go now?" I asked.
"Yes," Kyle looked at his watch to check the time. "Its 7:30, and we need to be there by noon-ish." I nodded. Kyle and I agreed to go to the mall together to buy Karen something for her birthday. Immediately he went upstairs and came back after a two minutes or so all dressed up, we left the house. Realizing half way that I was still in Kyle's pajamas- they were really comfortable, so I didn't even remember that I wasn't in my own clothes. I pointed it out to Kyle.
"Oh!" He chuckled. "You can keep the pants, they look better on you anyway." He smiled. I continued to walk then look at the pajama bottoms. I smiled a bit, then we approached my door step. It was early but my mom was still home, Im pretty sure she was about to leave for work.
I knock on the door and my mom answers right away.
"(y/n)!" She pulled me in and gave me a giant hug. "Hi Kyle." My mom grinned.
"Hi Miss. (l/n)" Kyle stepped in and shut the door. My mom was now Miss (l/n) every since my father left, I still hear from him but I haven't met him in person. This didn't bother me because I still had my fantastic mom who worked so hard. My mom walked off to finish eating her meal before she left for work. Kyle and I sat down on the couch and watched whatever was on TV. Soon my mom left for work and it was just Kyle and I. I awkwardly stood up.
"Im gonna go- change." I pointed upstairs then immediately put my finger down.
"Okay I'll wait here." he smiled, but I could tell it was awkward.
As I went upstairs I turned back, I could feel Kyle's eyes on me- and they were in fact. I just grinned and continued to walk upstairs. I just slipped on some jeans, and a nicer shirt than what I would usually wear. I put on my boots, because in this town almost everyone wore boots due to the snow. I fixed my hair up and even put on a little bit of mascara to open my eyes up. You know so I don't look dead.
Just as I was finishing up Kyle came in. I jumped a little.
"Oh hey."
"My moms on her way." His tone- his tone sounded different. Seductive. Which was weird because he was talking about his mom. "That means we got some time to spare-" I sat on my bed, and he sat beside me. His leg brushed up against mine as he sat down. The warmth of his body next to mine made my cheeks turn red instantly. His arm was now against mine, a strange but good feeling. He placed his hand on my cheek, staring into my eyes. It was a while before Kyle kissed me, something that was still new to me. I kissed Kyle back. Kissing him was a reward in itself, but Kyle was my friend. Kissing him meant we weren't friends- we were something else, and if we were something else this meant that it could split our friend group. Suddenly he let go of our long kiss, he grabbed my arms and swung me around, Kyle laid down , I was on top of him and he was looking up at me. As I leaned forward I was slightly rubbing against Kyle, a tingle was sent through out my body. I pecked him softly then placed my hands on his face, cupping his cheeks. I continued to brush myself against Kyle creating a friction I didn't understand the feeling of. Butterflies was the best word to describe it. My leg twitched slightly as we continued to rub against each other, I moaned quietly, trying not to let Kyle know my excitement. Our kiss separated and we both let out a breathy smile. Before we could continue anymore, Kyles phone buzzed.
He pecked me quickly , I sat up and he did also, but I was still on top of him- which was a bit awkward but it felt alright.
"God Damnit." He rolled his eyes. "My moms here." I slowly slide off of Kyles lap and sat quietly.
"Let me grab-" I straightened my shirt. "Some money." I lick my lips so I could get a taste of what Kyle's lips tasted like again.
My money I got from child support was always stored in a little wood box, poorly painted blue. All the money was saved there, which my mom told me it was for emergencies or food. This counts. I opened my moms door and her neatly tidied up room, Kyle curiously followed me. I walked over to my mom's dresser, and opened the second drawer. I pulled out the blue little box. I made it in 6th grade in a class and gave it to my mom as a mother's day gift. Kyle looked around the room and snickered.
"Wow, you were such a cute baby!" Kyle gushed at the baby pictures of me around the room. I sat on my moms bed and set the box next to me and opened it up. Kyle grabbed a picture that was framed, it was a picture of my mom, my dad and I.
"Is.. this-?" Kyle showed me the picture of my dad carrying me as he wrapped his arm around my mom. I always wondered why my mom kept that picture.
"Yeah, my dad.." I just smiled. Obviously trying to hide my pain.
"Where is he?" Kyle immediately regretting asking the question. I could tell by his body language that it was an uncomfortable question to ask.
"He- He left when I was a young girl, and I don't remember much of him. The only thing I remember was how sweet he was. You guys never asked about my dad so I never thought about him much. He does contact me on birthdays, and holidays but thats it." I shrugged and took money out of the little box.
"Oh. Sorry about that- and sorry for asking. " He rubbed my shoulder slightly which was.. nice. I didn't jump or get shocked this time. I smiled sweetly then stood up and put the box back where it belongs. Outside I could hear in the distance Mrs. Broflovski's car beeping continuously.
"Okay well, we should get going." Kyle left the room, eager to stop his mom from beeping.
As we get inside the car, I sat in the backseat and Kyle sat beside me, which never happened. Mrs. Broflovski explains to us that she has to quickly stop at a boutique to return an item she brought and decided that she didn't like it. We drove into town the view of everyone enjoying their last day of summer brought a smile to my face. She stopped in front of a small shop.
"Alright Ill be quick-" Mrs. Broflovski left the car, and Kyle and I sat there in silence. He placed his hand on my shoulder to shift my view to his. Kissing Kyle was starting to turn into a regular thing now I guess. I didn't want to bring it up. He planted a kiss on my lips. I was getting used too the way he would kiss me and the way I should kiss back. He pushed me back and I laid down, my back on the backseat of Kyle's...moms...car. He started to kiss me again and began to rub his body against mine again, something that made me just want stay here forever. I really felt like I needed to say something to Kyle, is this like- a friends with benefit thing? Holy shit. I began to freak my self out and pulled away from our kiss.
"(y/n)?" I think Kyle realized what I was thinking.
"Nothing-" I said as a quick response. I knew that whatever we did had to stop, so I pulled Kyle into the kiss again. Which is the opposite of what I should of done, but If I was going to stop this then I should enjoy it while it lasts. It took a while to regain the feeling we had before, but as soon as I wrapped my legs around Kyles waist, all hell broke loose. Our breaths growing heavier as our bodies go closer together. Something came over us, our teenage hormones were raging. We even forgot that his mom could get back in the car any minute. For some reason, it didn't matter. My hands were rubbing against Kyles back. Suddenly we broke our kiss and he made his way to my neck. Pecking my neck repeatedly. This sent little moans out of me.
"Kyle." I moaned his name quietly. The kissed began to tickle which made me squirm around. He continued to kiss my neck lightly before we both brought our attention to Mrs. Broflovski leaving the store and yelling in anger, bickering. We both slowly got off of each other, unsure if we really wanted too.
"KIDS THESE DAYS!" She yelled as she opened the car door and angrily sat down to turn on the car. Kyle and I stared at each other quietly.
"You okay ma?" Kyle asked his mom. She sighed.
"Yes Bubby. There was just a rude girl at the cash register and I simply asked her a question." She began to drive off. My heart was still beating from the kisses Kyle gave me.
As Mrs. Broflovski was dropping us off we spotted kids from our school, which made us both cringe. It felt weird too show up to the mall with- just Kyle. Kids from our school see me with Kyle all the time, but with Stan, Kenny and Eric as well.
"Okay you two, I'll be at this same spot when I pick you two up. Okay?" We both nodded. "Be careful! Bye!" She waved.
"Bye, thank you." I waved back, and Kyle waved back at her too. We both entered through the entrance.
"Remember when we got kicked out of here?" Kyle laughed. A few years ago, we were goofing off in a toy store and we ended up being chased around the mall until we all eventually got caught. My mom was not happy.
"Yeah," I laughed. We began to walk around till I spotted a store similar to RadioShack but it sold a lot of CD's and vinyl records and a lot of radios. We decided to go in there. We both agreed that I would buy the CD player and Kyle would buy a CD or two. We were browsing around the store and spotted Wendy Testaburger and Bebe Stevens. For some reason they didn't like me, probably because Bebe has liked Kyle for a long time and Wendy was still, kind of with Stan. They've been on a break for about two weeks, I honestly still don't know the reason why, but its was their business. So I guess the reason they hated me was because I was always around their loved one. They didn't see me so I continued to have my conversation with Kyle and just ignore them. They were cool girls and we did have conversations here and there but I knew that they talked about me behind my back, everyone knew. Except they don't know that I know. Girls have a thing where they act friendly around each other then will go and talk shit about you to 10 other people. It didn't really bother me.
"Kyle! What are you doing here?" Bebe approached us and Wendy followed. I made eye contact with the girls and I smiled.
"Hey," Kyle and I both said in unison.
"We were just picking out gifts for Karen." Kyle nervously smiled.
"Karen.. thats Kenny's little sister right?" Bebe asked.
"Yeah," I answered, with a serious tone. I was kind of mad that they were just giving all their attention to Kyle. Does that make me a hypocrite?
"Oh, cool." Wendy looked at me then looked back at Kyle.
"So Kyle, you wanna go to a party. Its on Friday." Wendy smiled, avoiding me. Kyle glanced at me .
"Um, can my friends go?"
"You mean Cartman, Kenny, (y/n) and Stan?" Bebe looked over at Wendy and they grinned at each. As if they're plan was working.
"You sure you want Stan th-"
"Of course I want Stan there." Wendy responded quickly. This felt like Wendy was trying to get Stan invited without inviting him.
"Okay, sounds good." Kyle nodded, signaling that the conversation was over.
"Ill text you the details." Bebe and Wendy walked off to pay what they were buying.
"Ok.." I mumbled to myself and continued to look at the CD players there. I settled on a purple one and it even came with a pack of stickers so I took that one.
"I got these two CD's" Kyle held up the two band albums that were in these days and that Im pretty sure Karen liked.
"Alright let's pay these," I said awkwardly. I just smiled and walked off to pay at the front.
We both payed our items and we went to the front of the mall where there were benches. We sat there for a few minutes because Mrs. Broflovski went grocery shopping, so now we had to wait for her. People passed us as we continued our conversation. Kyle than scooted closer to me, our legs were now touching. I could tell that I was blushing but I choose too ignore it. I think- I.. liked Kyle. Staring into his emerald green eyes, made my heart beat out of my chest. I wanted too so bad just kiss him, but there were people around and Kyle and I were just friends. Nothing else.
"Okay, my mom's here." Kyle stood up and I followed him.
