CHAPTER FOUR

Emily's POV

Entering the house seeing it clean was the last thing I expected. Sure I loved to keep my staff neat but today was different guess Xavier made himself useful. Speaking of Xavier where is he? My question was answered when I saw sleeping Xavier in the couch and he looked so perfect in his sleep. I couldn't understand how someone could look perfect in his sleep. I mean when I'm asleep I wake looking like a bed nest.

" take a pic it will last longer"  Xavier said in a husky voice which scared me but still managed to make want he to speak more.

" arrogant I see but to burst you ego bubble I wasn't staring because you look hot it's because I have questions"

" oh" was all he said before concentrating his eyes on the TV and I walked towards him.

" Xavier I have questions and I need answers surely you understand I can't leave with someone who I know nothing about "

" fair enough "

" what happened? " I ask the first question which has been hunting me all day.

"My family was attacked by some people"

" why"

" my dad is a pretty successful business man"

" so it was for money"

" they wanted us dead they wanted to destroy our business "

" why?"

" business rivalry "

" any news from your family? "

" unfortunately no they all died I was the only who made it out"

" I'm so sorry " I said but he looked away from me. I understand him he probably doesn't wanna look weak. We sat the for a while in silence before I broke it.

" so wanna play same board games!" I said cheerful trying the remove the sadness. He looked at me with a brood smile which still manage to somehow to make my breath hitch every time he smiled.

" what about monopoly " I said when I remembered I had a few games and by few I mean two only since I leave alone and the ones I have were Landed to me by Lizzy.

" yeah sure that's fine"

We have been playing this game for hours because I aced this game and Xavier was a sore loser. He has been insisting that we played again because he thought he would win.

" give it up Xavier you will never beat the master!"

" no way I'm gonna whoop your ass!"

"Ha! That would be in your sweet dreams"

After a while of beating Xavier's ass again he finally gave up. So we ordered same pizza.

" wanna play ten questions" Xavier suggested and oh god how I hated that game it remaindered me of my brother and his questions were always nasty.

" yeah sure why not"

" you start "

" well OK... What's you favourite color "

"Really color!  That's all you could came up with" he said in a mocking tone.

" just answer the damn question "

"Green"

" why green..?" I asked but he cut me of before I could finish speaking.

" no way princess my turn" " do you have a boyfriend "

His question caused me to blush a little but what did I expect him to ask he was a boy or man after all.

" no!"

" guess I hit  a nerve "

" shut up! How about you any girlfriend "

" no! I'm a one night stand type of guy " he looking proud of himself and I threw a pillow at him.

"What!" He asked innocently " nothing let's get back to game" I said a hint of annoyance in my voice.

"Have you ever had a boyfriend?"

" agh can't you just ask normal question and yes I do have ex's "

" normal question? "He seemed confused " yes something like my favourite color or maybe artist"

"And where would the fun be in that?"

" agh you annoying!" I said rolling my eyes "anyway where are you from"

"Mm smart question... I'm from Chicago"

"Oh"

"If I kissed you right now would you kiss me back?" He asked normally whilst me on the other side turned into a tomato.

"No!" I said almost shouting

"Emily you know lying is against the rules"

" I'm not lying!! " and right know I felt frustrated because I knew I was lying.

" can I prove you lying " and that's when I knew I lost it. Xavier knew I would kiss him back. I mean look at him who wouldn't want to kiss him.

"Emily ?"

"What!"

"Can I prov.. " I cut him off before he could finish speaking " no!"

" why afraid of a little kiss?"

" Xavier if you don't shut up  now I'm gonna kill you "

" oh came on baby you know you want " why do man have to be like this. Yes I wanted to him to kiss me but I knew I would regret it and the only way I could stop this from causing damage to our newly build friendship was running away and by that I meant go to sleep.

" goodnight Xavier " I said standing up " there is another bedroom next to mine you can take it.

" ah is little Emily running away from a kiss"

" shut up" I said running to my room.

This is going to be interesting and I need help.  I need to tell Mia and Lizzy as soon as possible. Leaving with a hot guy is terrible and with that thought in my mind I drifted to sleep.
