CHAPTER FIVE

Emily's POV

I've finally decided to tell Mia and Lizzy the truth and ask them for advice and you should know kicking him out of the  box. I tried I really but guess I didn't have the heart to do so. I mean Xavier is not that infect the only sin his guilty of is being terribly hot and know I beginning to understand Mia when she said she could devour someone like a piece of meat and never get tired. Aghhh I mean his even controlling my mind and I blame it on all this stupid female hormones. For waiting for what seemed like eternity Lizzy and Mia entered and spotted me easily. I actually wonder how those two became friends I mean they are total opposites.

" hey Em! We came as soon as possible. what's the problem?" Mia said while Lizzy only looked at me with concern.

" what did I make it sound that much!"

" yes! Yes you did " Lizzy said looking totally concerned causing my palms to sweat.

" spill" mia demanding " well... what would you do if I told I was hosting a man in my house" they didn't answer for a long time both seemed to be digesting what I just said. After a while they let out girly screams.

" what!" They said simultaneously. To say I was surprised about Lizzy's reaction was an understatement. Sure that was expected from Mia but Lizzy.

" since when have you been interested in guys! " I asked curiously.

" well for your information I have always been a sucker for romance but Mia's relationships suck. No offense"

" same taken" she said pouting and to say she was hot was an u understatement. " anyway back to your boyfriend " I blushed at the thought of Xavier as my boyfriend but I doubt that would happened he looked like a player.

" his not my boyfriend! " I said but Mia seemed not buy that " when did you meet"

" well that's the thing. I kind of found him in my door step dying " that seemed to catch Lizzy's attention from the big screen.

" you what!"

" Liz chill he was dying and I couldn't just let him die"

" you crazy!!"

" well I'm starting to doubt my sanity to" I joked around but they both seemed serious.

"Em you just can't bring strangers in your house" Lizzy said concerned but Mia for the first time since I met her sat the looking amazed.

" I couldn't just let him die " I said in a low voice. I know I seemed crazy but there was this thing in me which didn't let see Xavier hurt. It was like a pang in my heart and knew they wouldn't understand.

Lizzy must have seen my distress because she calmed down " its just I don't wanna see you hurt Em. New York is dangerous especially the part of town you live in"

"Is hot" Lizzy and I turned to look at Mia shocked. I raised my eyebrow to show I don't understand.

" I mean is he hot"

" oh yeah you could say that"

" oh my god. I have to meet him" Mia demanding eagerly " I'm sorry Mia his probably not the he went job hunting and I'm not sure his back yet" I stated but to her I must have sounded like a buzzing bee  because she seemed to not get the words that came right of my mouth.

" no ways I don't care I am meeting him even if it means I'm sleeping in your house!!"

" Mia are you OK" I asked concerned by her sudden behavior she seemed high.

" yes why wouldn't I be " she said before singing " my little flower is finally blossoming " oh definitely high.

" Lizzy did you same by any chance take Mia out for a smoke" I asked " nope that's just what you get for telling Mia you seeing someone ....

Lizzy didn't get to finish to say what she was saying because someone had to drag us out of the cafe. It was cold outside especially at the pace we were walking with. Not that I was walking I was practically dragged all the way to Mia's car.

" so tell what's his name!! " she said jumping up and down like a child who just received  a present from Santa.

" Xavier I guess" I said slightly confused by her newly found attitude which apparently wasn't knew because that's how she reacted when Lizzy started dating  Noah.

The rest ride was spent with Mia questioning me about Xavier. Things like his eyes color and blah blah.
