Going to New York

Calum~

"New York?!" I say in shock. "Yea" Abby breaths out staring wide eyed at the tickets. "Lemme see!" Michael says anxiously. He looks. "We leave on the 26th!" Abby says realizing she's actually going to New York. "That's right after Christmas though..." I think out loud.

Mikey~

I'm. Going. To. New York! And before Ash left I got April's number and we've been talking since she left! I can't wait to see her again! Do you know hard it is to live 2,920 miles away from someone you love?! What if she doesn't like my lilac hair?! What if she thinks the eyebrow piercing is to edgy?! What if she's more pink rock than me?! "Michael?" Abby says waving her hand in my face. "Hmm?" I him in response. "Did you go to Wonderland?" she laughs "Sorry just, thinking." I sigh. I hope April likes me still....

December 26th~

Abby's POV~

"ABBY!" Cal yells at the top of his lungs. I groan in response. "Wake up! Mikey's gonna be here in an hour to pick you up to go to the airport." he says taking a seat on my bed. "What time is it?" I say in a sleepy tone. "8:30. Your flight leaves at 11:45 and mom told me to wake you up 3 hours ahead!" He yells. "Stop yelling. It's too early for yelling." I say grabbing my pillow an lazily attempt to hit Calum. "Come on! You get to see Ash today!" He says shaking my shoulders. I literally jump out of bed and run to my bathroom to take a shower. "Close the door on your way out please!" I yell as I turn on the water. "K!" Cal says leaving and closing the door.

After I did my morning routine I went to get dressed for a long day.

I grabbed my Catching Fire sweater , a red undershirt because the sweater was a bit to big, some orange/coral sweats, and some black boots that looked like Uggs. I put my hair in a messy bun grabbed my Pewdiepie backpack which held everything just like the video! I ran down the stairs and put my stuff down. "Hey!" I hear and turn to see Alex. "I was hoping I would see you before I go!" I say hugging her. I give Cal a hug and make some coffee. I grab a piece of bread, spread some Nutella on it, and take a bite. "I want some!" Lex says reaching or my food. "It's mine!" I say stretching my arm away from her. "Share!" she says reaching. "Never!" I yell almost falling off the counter top. I grab the Nutella jar and hand it to her. "Yay Nutella!" she says hugging me. "Sometimes I almost swear you two are related!" Cal says laughing. The bell rings and I give Cal and Lex a goodbye hug. "I give you a call when we land on Colorado!" I say to them both as a I grab my backpack and purse. "Tell mom I love her!" I say unlocking the door. "Bye!" I say finally opening it. "Ready?!" Mikey says excited. "Yea!" I say giving a wave. "Bye Love you!" Lex and Cal say at the same time.

In the car~

"So can we go over the flight time and stuff?" Mikey asks when we buckle up. "Our flight leaves at 11:45, the flight to Denver is about 2 hours, we have an hour and a half lay over which gives us time to eat, then at 3:15 we get on our plane to New York which is 3 hours and 15 minutes so we'll get there at 6:30!" I say in one breath. "Oh I forgot! Ash and April are gonna pick us up and we'll have dinner and they're letting us stay with them!

Abby and Mikey go through security wait forever for boarding and mess around for 2 hours. When they get to Denver they eat and call there family/friends to tell them the arrived safely.

Denver to New York~

The second we got on the plane to NY I continued reading Catching Fire while Mikey was bored out of his mind and annoying me. I reached into my bag an grabbed the only other book I brought. The fault in our stars. I handed him to book and continued reading until I finished which was 30 minutes. Then I took a nap and was awaken 1 hour later by a crying Michael. I guess he finished the book. "Did you finish it?" I asked rubbing his back. "Yes!" Mikey said tears streaming down his face. "They were gonna grow old together and have children! Why?!" he said crying harder. After comforting him we both fell asleep and when I woke up my head was on Mikey's shoulder. "We will be landing in 15 minutes please put seats back in their upright position and put up all trays! A flight attendant will be coming around to pick up trash." the intercom says waking up Mikey.

New York Airport~

We got out of the plane and the first person I saw was Ash standing there with a sign. "Abby Hood the girl of my dreams!... And Michael."
