In Between

part 2

Can cannot wait any longer for the matchday to come. He always feels excited whenever he remembers it. It feels like he wants to do the match so badly. But, the real reason is...

Actually, its because he doesn't want to be alone. Because every time he was alone, he will remember Tin and the rejection incident, which ended with the breakup of communication between them.

No one knows if he has trouble sleeping.

Therefore, He always makes himself tired so that it helps him sleep; he also thinks that when he plays soccer, he can forget about that, even just for some time.

Can smile as he remembered the match would be held soon, his heart pumping, his adrenaline spurred, he felt the excitement.

In other places, P'Type and P'No meet P'Type's friends who come from the opposite campus.

"Hi bro ... how are you, it's been a long time?", The man greets with an oriental face along with a bright smile on his face.

"I'm Good ... how are you?", Reply's P'Type, on the other hand, P'No looks a bit uncomfortable. He remembers what P'Type actually did. He is still upset about it but, He really respects Type as his best friend so He cannot Express it to Type yet. He grumbling inside his mind.

"Oh yeah, this is my best friend No ... he's the captain of our soccer team ..."

The Oriental man smiled kindly to P'No while stretching his hand, offering to shake hands.

"Techno..." said P No with a slightly fake smile, holding back irritation while glancing at P'Type.

"Chao ... just call Chao, nice to meet you..."

Their conversation was continued at a café near the campus.

"I've been wanting to visit your campus for a long time ... it has such a nice atmosphere right here..."

"You can just come... why so difficult bruh..."

"You're always busy with various kinds of activities ... it's so hard to meet you, dude... "

"You think you don't?? .. you're the captain of your campus most 'famous' basketball team, you are busier than me..."

P'No was a little surprised to hear that Chao was the captain of his Campus Basketball team. He knew His campus was so famous for its basketball team who always win the regional and even national tournament. So, this man is no joke. 

"So You're the Captain of the Basketball Team?", Asked P'No, in his mind, he felt it sounded right. He didn't look like an ordinary man. His body is very athletic.

"Yeah ... but, soon I will be replaced ... I'm also pretty tired ... sometimes, I just want to focus on myself ..."

"Yeah ... it's time for you to have a partner ... hahah ... it's been too long since you become a hot single ... hahah", Said P'Type jokingly, while P 'Chao and P'Type seemed to laugh with their conversation.
P'No gave a glanced at Chao, he just muttered inside his head,

"how can a man like him have no partner ?? If he doesn't have one... how about me ... " felt the despair.

Ring ... ring ... ring ...

P'No's phones are ringing, there is an incoming call. P'No immediately rushed to see his cellphone. He had been too tired to be left in the chat between Type and Chao.

Oh, a call from Can ...

"Hello ..."

"P'No ~ I'm hungry ..." Can whine, his voice was loud enough to be heard by Type and Chao who was originally busy chatting.

"Oui! ... Can ... why do you have to report to me if you're hungry ... I'm not your mother ..."

"But, I'm on the field ... I practiced for our team ... do you have the heart to let me starve in the field ..." Can make his voice sound so miserable.

"Oui ... You albino monkey... I'm also eating ... just order it online, why you have to bother me?!!" He really feels annoyed by Can's whining.

"P No ... I'm in the field ... I'm starving ..." Can whine once more.

"Oooh ... ok..ok ... I'll deliver the food there ...". yes, it's the P'No that we knew,  He is too good, its always been so hard for him to say No. especially with Can whining. You can say he has been conquered by Can at this point.

"Thank you, P No ~ ..." Can's voice immediately changed instantly to be happier

P'No can only sigh after closing the call from Can. somehow he felt regrets to ever answer that call.

Chao seemed interested in hearing P'No and Can's conversation, he had been holding back his laughter because of their conversation.

The kid on the phone sounds so cute ...he thought

" Cute.." He murmured.

P'Type, who had been lis.tening to their conversation since then, immediately responded

"Can?.... just let me pay this time ... as my apologies to you "

P'No doesn't believe the words that just came from PType's mouth,

Does he apologize??!!is this really happening? Type??

It turns out he's quite sensitive/understanding ...

"Thank you ... it turns out you realize it ..."

Then greeted by a smile by P'Type, "it's okay ... just send the food for him, he must be starving..."

"Then how'd you go home?"

"I will escort Type ... actually, I still want to talk with him ... you can just relax... ", Said Chao trying to give some help.

"Then I go first. okay..." P'No, standing up from his seat prepare to leave the place.

"Oh right, No ... nice to meet you ... next time let's meet again and have more conversation ..." Chao Smiled, actually Chao felt a little guilty about ignoring No while he was chatting with Type.

P'No, just nodded while shaking hands with Chao to say goodbye.

"So that kid name was Can? He practices until evening ?? he must be very excited for the games huh... " Chao smile while saying that and looking so amused by the earlier conversation.

"Hm ... he kind of like that ... he really likes soccer, he is a child who can't be quiet ... sometimes we are overwhelmed by his behavior ..."

"Cute ..." Chao smiled then continued to enjoy the food.

P'Type saw Chao's smile, He could see Chao's interest in Can.

But, it must be just because Can is kind of... you know... one of a kind, right?
who don't feel like that towards Can...??,   he muttered. and shaking his head trying to avoid thinking further.

"So, are you coming to the soccer match, Mr. always Busy?"

"Mmm ... yeah, I think I can come ...", replied Chao casually, even though he began to feel excited to come out of curiosity about the albino monkey in the P'No telephone conversation earlier.
