We arrived home and she saw dad by the door. We got out and as we got by the door he said," Both of you study Now!"We walked to the study and he said,"Son I don't want to see you with this rat , she doesn't deserve to sit in a car you unwanted thing!face him."He forced her to look at him.Their father continued,"Son this is what we do to rats."he hit er several times and a serious wound was now developing. he stopped and told them not see each other again.Rebecca went to her room and the maid treated her wounds.later on Dave asked the butler to give him the food he was taking to Rebecca.Dave entered her room and and gave her the food and said,"sorry for earlier, I should have stopped him. Are you okay."She replied,"Don't apologize its not your fault."They spent the night talking and when it was midnight dave said,"I have to go sleep now, mom or dad might find me here."As he stood up Rebecca said ,"Do't worry about your mom she probably doesn't know this part of the house exists."Dave said goodnight and left.the following days were normal, though she wondered why her father did not hit her.On friday she went to this group.Her father allowed her to join it because he wouldn't have to see the thing he hated the most.She got in the small building and there were people her age there.The people greeted each other and started doing something called 'prayer'.Rebecca was confused ll this was new to her.Later on the people started singing and Rebecca was just staring at the ceiling.A guy named Christian, was standing next to her and he was beiging to question why she was so silent.After they finished they sat down and Christian and Bill, who is the leader made eye contact. Bil new what he was implying and said,"looks like we have someone new here, tell us your name and e will tell you ours."Rebecca was a bit terrified,she stood up and said,"Hello,I'm Rebecca Waltz."they all introduced themeselves, there were three girls,Sarah,Rachel,Persis and four boys,Christian,Dylan,Luke and Mark.Bill said,"Nice to meet you I'm Bill Waters the leader and my wife elaine isn't here today, can you tell us something about yourself?"Rebecca answered,"My mother died when I was 15 and I have a stepmom and brother."They all apologized for her loss but she didn't see the point in the apologizing.Whilst everyone was socializng.The power went off for a few minuets the they were back on. ON the wall it was written'REDRUM DNA YORSTED ACCEBER ZTALW."Rebecca was able to translate it it was written,"MUREDER AND DESTROY REBECCA WALTZ."backwards.After a few minuets Dylan figured it out and said it out loud , they all went pale and Bill said,"Don't don't worry we will keep you in our prayers."Rebecca nodded.She joined this group cause she needed help from their'GOD'
