THE NEW GIRL(LISA)

6 AUDITION.

                   ~~•SEAN'S POV•~

             I got to James's place yesterday and I was welcomed warmly by his parents.

        James's parents among other people stood by me when Dad went overboard and left me to deal with my Mum's death.

         Just like me, they still wondered why my Dad didn't make any attempt to get my mum's murderer a life sentence or even to jail.

        I woke up  late the following day because I slept late the previous night. James and I went to school in his car and as we entered the parking lot Abby was also with someone whose face I couldn't see about to park her car.

                 "Hi Abby."

    I called at her after she alighted from her car,seems I'm beginning to be in a good mood again,maybe waking up in a different house did the magic.

    "Sean,good morning, what of your car?"

    "I decided not to take it today,think I need a driver myself." I winked at James.

   "Good morning Abby,Lisa." I heard James greeting  the two girls.

   "Morning." They both replied.

    "Same here" I said after a long time. We all walked into our department building.

          The audition for our play production has been scheduled for today and we are all expected to sing,dance and act. I have done this before many times and thus  I came prepared as always.

          Like everyone else I have a dream and my dream is to become world superstar and also to give my family what my father denied me and my Mum which is to love my family unconditionally and stand by them no matter what the case may be.

        We all assembled for the audition and believe me when I say I tried my best but I was still afraid like everyone . You might say a guy like myself shouldn't be afraid but when it comes to academics, I believe that it classifies people no matter the class you belong to in the society.

          Some hidden talents might be better than mine. The person that caught my attention was Lisa "the new girl." Maybe because it was the first audition that she attended in the department because her voice was the best and her skills with the little she displayed was exceptional.

          We all finished the audition in time and I went to sit down in a sitting space with the guys. It has been a while we have been sitting down when Abby and Lisa came to our direction.

       "See who is here." James said looking at me, the reason for his stare I understand.

         I don't take nonsense from anyone who steps on my feet and this time will be the second time she would come with Abby to the group.

         "Hi guys,waiting for the list, isn't it?" Abby asked us in general. She knows so well that we are waiting for the list but her reason for asking I don't understand.

       "Well, Abby as you know we are waiting for the list, Hey Lisa, that was a nice performance in there".
      
         Abbey said complimenting her and also pointing towards the studio we used for the audition.

       "Thanks for the compliment." She beamed at him.

      "Well,time for introduction guys." Abby said looking at me to see my reaction.My goodness she is just about to introduce the goddamned girl who insulted me Abby is so unbelievable.
