Chapter 13:She has to leave

"Who was that?"Ava asked as Vador appeared in her room.

"The lady of the eastern empire,"

"What's wrong? You sound dull,"

"Nothing much damsel. You should rest."

"Lord Vador," Aleister called from outside.

"What is it?" Vador snarled.

"The whole council members are here to see you," Aleister replied.

"That didn't take long," Vador grinned"I'll be back damsel,I'm locking you in for now. I won't take long."

"Okay," Ava murmured"Avan," a smile formed on her face as Avan appeared on her bed.
"I have this strange feeling that something is wrong. Vador always sounds a certain type of way when things are not going his way."

"Don't worry damsel. Everything will be fine." Avan replied"The council members are here to discuss about you."

"This early," Ava sighed"I guess it's about the rule,no human vampire is allowed to stay in the royal house. I'm surprised they took this long"

"Yes,apparently they think he likes you. They don't want the vampire lord falling for a mere human vampire," Avan replied.

"What!," She exclaimed"That's stupid"

"We both know it's not Ava. Vador obviously likes you. The council members do not want the lord producing his worst enemy. A dark witch. It's all Vandora's fault though,if she wasn't so stupid she would have already taken the clue that Vador can never be interested in her. A sore loser,she had to Inform her cousin and the whole council member.Vandora's cousin,lady Jadis was here earlier. I guess she was the one who informed the whole council members about it. She must think getting rid of you will favour her stupid cousin,Funny how these people break the rules everytime."

"She's kidding right," Ava laughed."Vandora and Vador? That's stupid,I would even go for Lady Mary. Vandora really needs to learn her place,she's just a mere maid for fucks sake and if the council members think they are getting rid of me easily they've all got it wrong. I'm not backing down without a fight."

"I guess what as Vandora so pissed is the fact that I he lord hasn't fucked you yet. Vador uses female vampires and he has this high drive for sex, I see how he looks at you. If he hasn't touched you yet,it's because he respects you a lot and Vandora knows this too,that is probably why she took this late before telling Jadis. She wanted to know if you were really special or just like everyone else."

"By now I think I have every right to say,me and Vador are meant to be if not he wouldn't have saved me Avan,and looking at how everything has been working out for us I don't ever want to let go of him. I am terrified of what might be discussed about me in that room but I know me and Vador will get through whatever they throw at us. I really trust in Vador,in us."

"Aw,tissues anyone. You guys are so cute," Avan laughed out.

Entering the study and seeing familiar faces,Vador smiled.

"The lord," They all bowed except Jadis.He responded by nodding.

"And why is someone still seated and looking like she has just been bitten by a snake?Vador asked. "Do you want me to call my snake for you huh?"

Standing up forcefully "My lord," Jadis replied.

"Let's cut the bullshit. Why are you all here?"

"Lady Jadis informed us that a human vampire named Ava has been living here," Lord jack spoke first.He was lord over the southern empire and also lady Mary's father,he wanted Vador to marry his daughter but wasn't forceful about it.

"That is so against the law dark lord," Lord Matthew replied. He's the human lord in charge of the western empire.

"We all know that," Prince Jath replied.Lord matthew's son.

"They're saying you have feelings for her my lord," Lady Mary finally spoke up. She was also present in the meeting.

"Are you all done?" Vador asked raising his hands."I have no time for boring talks,shouldn't we be talking of how to stop the dark witches.
I'm the dark lord and I decided to let Ava stay in the royal house,my royal house."

"You cannot change a law that has been existing before you were born lord," Alanis said. He was a vampire elder who was over a thousand year.

"She has to leave," another elder who's name was Marcus sighed.He was older than the three vampire elders Ington had.

"You have no say in this," Vador said attacking Marcus with a rod.

"Get off me," Marcus groaned as his hands healed from the cut Vador gave him."How old are you. 200?"

"I'm over 200 years," Vador spat.

"Calm yourself Vador," Aleister shouted nodding at Vador literally telling him everything was going to be fine.

"Why are you so angry now Vador?" Lady Jadis said which made Vador wonder what she had trust in that was giving her such confidence to dare him. Somethinge was wrong,he thought.

"We've decided that lady Mary would move into the royal house next tomorrow," The third vampire elder said.

"She would help you with your high sex drive dark lord,"

"She would also help you get over the human vampire as we would have to kill her if you don't kick her out," Marcus said chuckling.

"What rubbish is this?" I am your Lord not a baby" Vador spat.

"Oh you are behaving like a baby," Lord jack replied.

"And babies cannot make decisions on their own," Alanis added "that is what we are here for,to help put you in the right path whenever you are going astray."

"Okay fine,what are you guys so worried about? I admit that I was wrong to have brought a human vampire to the royal house,I was always wrong to think I could change a law that has been existing before my reign"

"What is going on with him?" Lady Mary asked "The Lord has never admitted to his mistakes."

"I know you are all worried about me mating with Ava and having a dark witch as a child but I am not stupid,I'm over two hundred years beside I wouldn't risk the safety of my people but for the first time in a long time I'm happy." Vador smiled. "I'm actually really happy,this girl you all talk about like she is a threat is the most innocent person ever and I think I want to be with her so for the first time I am pleading with you to let me keep her."

"Are you done with your pathetic speech?" Alanis mocked "this is exactly why she has to be killed. I cannot believe our lord has gone soft on girl. A mere human vampire! This is unbelievable."

"She shall not be killed," Aleister hissed "she would leave the royal house but that would be all. You all can leave."
