Myah Jackson a 25 year old Forensic scientist for The FBI loves her family, is single, has no kids, lives in a big house but she's missing the one thing she can't seem to find..... a guy who loves her for her and will treat her like the queen she is...
I can't believe that Myah almost called me her boyfriend when we were at the pet store. I don't think she realized that I noticed but I did and I want that title to be so true. I've been in love with her for about 2 years now and I haven't had the balls to tell her how I feel because I'm scared that she doesn't feel the same way. Anyway I'm off to work where I get see my baby.
When I arrive to work I'm told that I have to go get a report on the evidence the forensic scientist has found on the current case we are working on. Guess what that means I get to see my fine ass best friend and soon to be girlfriend Myah.
"Hey Myah" I say as soon as I enter here lab.
"Hey Special agent Bateman"
"Why do you always call me that when we are at work?"
"You just answered your own question because we're at work. So what do you need?"
" I came to get the evidence you have on this case" Once she filled me in own the case we begin to talk about stupid stuff until Myah's phone went off.
"Hello" Myah said as she put the phone on speaker
"Hi Ms. Jackson and Special agent Bateman umm I'm calling to inform you guys that both of your families are out here and they would like to see you guys."
"Can you ask them what the hell are they doing here ?" Myah and I said at the exact same time
"I will not ask them that just please come down here."
"Okay we will be down in a second" Myah and I said at the same time again.
"Jinx you owe me a water."
" I thought it was Jinx you owe me a soda"
" It is but you know I don't drink soda so I'll take a water Gray please and thank you."
"I got you during lunch, now let's go see these crazy people."
When we arrived on the first floor the lobby is occupied by Myah and I's families. When they see us they go nuts and they all crush us in a hug.
"Can't breath." Myah squeaks out as her brothers and my brother hug her.
When we finish greeting each other's families we ask them what the hell they are doing here. BTW we have both meet each other's families before and I passed the crazy brother, dad, cousin and uncle test and her whole family loves me and my whole family loves her. Anyway we ask them what the hell they are doing here.
"We decided to come visit you guys because we miss you guys" our siblings said
Myah and I look at each other with suspicion because they just don't pop up to visit us when they miss us something smells fishy.
"Mark I talked to you the other day and I asked you did you miss me and what did you say? You said no so you guys are up to something and I'm going to figure out what it is" Myah said to one of her brothers
"Well I miss you now" Mark said Myah just rolled her eyes and stuck her middle finger at him.
"Well it is currently our lunch break and we are about to go get some lunch together so we'll see you later."
" Gray I have to go get my phone, my car keys and my wallet."
" I have your phone and I'm driving and I'm paying so you don't need your car keys nor your wallet."
"Gray you drive to fast let me drive your car."
"No your not driving my Lamborghini."
Keep in mind this conversation is happening while our families are still there.
" Please Grayson" She gives me her puppy dog face and it's hard to say no to her when she makes that face.
"Fine you can drive but I'm you crash my car your paying for it"
"I won't crash."
"Pinky swear?"
"Pinky swear."
"Okay give me the keys and let's go I'm hungry and you still owe me that water." I hand her the keys.
"Let's go before I change my mind about letting you drive my car."
" So you guys are just going to leave us here?"My mom asked
"Pretty much" Myah slapped my arm once I said that and answered
"Do you guys want to come with us?"
"Sure family lunch" everyone said
Yayyyy family lunch I thought in my head sarcastically

Grayson's Car
Jackson and Bateman Family POV
Grayson and Myah walk in front of us leading us out of the FBI headquarters towards the parking lot. As we are walking towards the parking lot Grayson pulls Myah closer to him by her waist and whispers something in her ear which causes her to hit him on the arm playfully. We all made a plan to get them to admit that they love each other more than friends so they can start dating. That's why we all took this trip from Miami to Virginia. Because we all know that they are soulmates they just try to play like they don't realize it and BTW we all know that they almost had sex together. Btw they are both 25 and 26 year old virgins if you were curious. Anyway it's time to put our plan in action as soon as we get to the restaurant.
Back to Grayson's POV
As soon as we get to the car I unwrap my arm from around Myah's waist and open the driver's side door for her since she convinced me to let her drive my car wish me luck. Don't get me wrong she's a great driver, I just never let anyone else drive my car before but hey that's what you do when your in love with someone so much. Anyway she turns on the car and puts my oldies playlist own and the first song that plays is Dive by usher which is one of Myah's favorite songs so I record her singing it while shes driving and post it on Snapchat.
We all arrive at the restaurant at the same time and we all walk in and ask for a huge table that fits everyone. Once we got seated at a table my family kidnapped well 25napped Myah and her family 26napped me. Myah looks at me like what the hell is going on and I give her the same look because I'm wondering the same thing.
