Myah's POV
Today is the day the doctor can find out what we're having. Grayson and I will find out what we're having at the Gender Reveal party this weekend so Sapphire is coming with us to my appointment to get the envelope since she's in charge of the reveal. I'm officially 20 weeks and I finally kinda have a bump it isn't much but you can tell I'm pregnant. Anyway Gray and I are on the way to my doctors office for my check up we will meet Sapphire there.
"What do you want to have babe?" I asked Gray
"I just want a healthy baby but I want a Girl." Gray said
"Most Guys don't want girls, that's surprising to hear."
"Yeah but that's what I want but I wouldn't be upset if we have a boy, but what do you want to have?"
"I want a boy, like I can't handle a girl that acts like me like I'm very extra so like yeah I can't deal with that right now but I wouldn't be mad if it was a girl but I prefer a boy.
" How about we make a bet?" Gray said
"Okay I'm listening?"
" Who ever is right about the gender of our baby, gets whatever they want from the other person."
"Okay deal Gray."
"Bet it's a deal, so when I win just be ready to do what I want."
"No when I win get ready to do whatever I want and it's going to be something good."
"We'll see baby we'll see."
We finally made it to the doctor's office and we signed in and took a seat in the lobby. Not long after we sat down Sapphire came in and sat next to us. Sapphire and I started talking about what we think the baby is until they called me back.
" Hey Myah and Grayson, nice to see you and who is joining you today?" Dr. Suillivan asked
"Hey Dr. this is my cousin Sapphire she's going to be getting the gender today for our gender reveal party." I said
"Okay perfect, it's nice to meet you Sapphire, I'm Dr. Suillivan."
" Okay so lay back for me Myah and lift your shirt and let's check on the baby." Dr. Suillivan said
"Okay." I laid back and lifted my shirt and Dr.Suillivan put the gel on my belly and circled the doppler on my stomach. The baby popped up on the screen and his or her heartbeat could be heard loud and strong.
" So your baby is growing perfectly, his or her heartbeat is strong and healthy. Your baby is doing perfect." Dr.Suillivan said
" I will give Sapphire the envelope with the gender in it and I'll see you soon for your next appointment."
"Thank you Dr. Suillivan, we'll see you soon." Grayson said
I wiped my stomach off and pulled my shirt down Gray helped me sit up and get down from the bed and we walked out while Sapphire stayed to get the envelope with the gender. Once Sapphire came out we all walked to our cars said our goodbyes and drove away.
"I'm so excited for our gender reveal."Gray said
"Me too baby, the countdown to the gender reveal begins now."
"Thank you for carrying our baby Myah, I love you so much."
"You're welcome, I love you too Grayson." With that being said we kissed and we continued on our journey home so we could get ready for work with thoughts of what our baby could be on our minds.
