Grayson's POV
Myah and I are back from spending Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years with our families. We've been back to work for a couple of weeks and Myah hasn't been feeling to well. She's been feeling nauseous and dizzy lately but she refuses to get checked out instead she thinks it's food poisoning and that she'll be fine so me begin the husband I am I try to get her not to go to work but she's stubborn and doesn't like to listen so I told her the moment she starts to feel bad while she's working to call me or the captain and we will be right there. She agreed with a lot of hesitation because she doesn't like people to worry but she's my wife I will always worry about her no matter what but her not feeling good makes me worry about her 10 times more. So while I'm sitting at my desk doing some paperwork on a recent case I get a call from my partner telling me my wife just fainted and to get up to her lab now. I jump up as fast as humanly possible and run to the elevator and press her floor, floor number 3 once I get there I run to her office to see her assistant Anna, my partner Greg and the captain James all around my wife who seems to have woken up from fainting. I run to her and squat down to her level.
"Are you Okay baby?"
"Yeah I'm fine Gray, I'm feeling really nauseous and dizzy but other than that I'm fine."
"Do you know what caused you to faint?"
"I was standing behind my desk talking to Greg about a case and I started feeling light headed so I gripped onto the desk and the room started spinning and I fainted but Greg caught me I think."
"Yeah I caught her before she fell." Greg answered
"Thank you Greg." I said
"Okay babe something is wrong with you so I don't care if you don't want to go to the doctor but this is making me take you to the doctor."
"Captain is it okay if My wife and I take the rest of the day off?"
"Yes you both are my best employees so I have no problem with that especially since I need my head forensic scientist to get better so go ahead. Anna get Myah's stuff and I'll lock up her lab and office."
5 mins later I have Myah in my arms carrying her threw the lobby towards my car. Once I have her in my car we head towards the doctors office. We got a emergency appointment so she'll go right in. Once we made it to the doctor Myah and I went start to the back and went to her doctors office. She ask what was wrong and Myah told her.
"Okay so Myah I need you to pee in the cup, and do a blood test and then we will do a check up after we get the results from the test." The doctor said
Once Myah did the test and the results came back the doctor walked in the office and said "Myah and Grayson I have some very good news for you guys Myah the reason you've been feeling nauseous and dizzy is because you are 3 weeks pregnant. Congratulations you guys are going to be parents."
"Omg I'm gonna be a Dad."
Myah's POV
"Omg I'm pregnant, we're gonna be parents Gray."
