Chapter 2
Matt's POV
I knew that we had to tell everyone. So we just had to do it their and then. So i said, " can i have your attention please. Gabby and I have announcement to make!"
I grabbed Gabby's hand and squeezed it. we looked at each other for a second. I knew that she wanted to the same time . So we said,"We are getting married." But I knew that Gabby had something else she wanted to say.
Gabby's POV
But then I said, " I have one more accouncement. Even though I passed the firefighters test i decided that I am going to remain a EMT here at 51. I just cant do it to everyone that I know and love."
Everyone started to clap for us. I knew that Matt would be happy for me. I looked over at him and he said, " I love you Gabby. I cant believe that you would do that."
I said, " I love you too. I did it because i cant leave you and everyone here it would break my heart if I left to go work at another firehouse."
I was so happy that i decided to stay at 51 and get married to Matt who is the love of my life. When we go home i asked Matt, " Hey baby do you think that we still could move in together?"
Matt said," Yes we can babe. Did you like the house we saw yesterday?"
I said, " Yes i do. That is where i see us living together. Lets go call the owner and make a offer tonight. I dont want to wait another day."
Matt nodded his head and got on his phone and called the owner. He put in a offer of $3,100. The owner told me that he said ok and we should meet tomorrow to fill out the paperwork.
It was a week later and we got a call saying that the house was ours. We were so excitied. We asked him if he could meet us at the firehouse. So ten minutes passed and he arrivied and he paid him and we signed some papers and got the keys. Now the house was officially ours. We are so excited about our new house that we want to tell everyone about it.
