I woke to the sound of a shattering door. I jumped out of my bed to see Glors flooding my room. their screeches rattled my heart. I leaped to the side of my bed and screamed. Their claws tore through the wall paper as talons clasped around my thorat and arms. I tried to shake them off. No use, their talons sunk deeper. They began to haul me out the door.
I thrashed around, kicking them wildly, but I was overwhelmed. I tried screaming a spell but I realized my halo had been abandoned in my room.
