Carla shot up from her bed in shock and her breathing became labored. She held her chest, her heart thumping loudly and quickly. She looked around in a state of panic, checking her surroundings. She was in the room she and Wendy shared in the Fairy Hills dorm. The room was pleasantly warm, the bed was soft and her vision was clear. Carla tried calming down.

Happy was killed by someone, which caused Natsu to go berserk. Something happens and Natsu can't control himself and ends up murdering everyone.

Carla was filled with a sense of dread as she realized that was she had wasn't a nightmare but a vision.

"Carla? Are you okay?" The soft, tired voice of Wendy asked. Oh dear. It seemed Carla had woken her up.

"A-Ah.. everything's fine, child." Carla hurriedly said, patting Wendy's head, trying to lull the girl back to sleep.

"You're shivering, Carla." Wendy stated, opening her eyes slowly with a sleepy expression. "What's wrong? Did something fine?"

"I had a.. very..er, annoying dream." Carla replied. Wendy gave Carla a disbelieving expression. Carla sighed. Why couldn't this girl just go back to sleep and let her recollect her thoughts? "It was very.. uh.. disgusting. Do you really want to hear what it was about? Just go back to sleep." Carla said, giving Wendy a glare. Wendy shrugged in response but thankfully didn't say or ask anything else. She let herself get lulled back into sleep. Usually Wendy is much more stubborn. She's probably really sleepy. Carla just hoped she wouldn't ask in the morning.

"Are you sure it was a disgusting dream and not a nightmare or a vision?" Wendy asked as she was changing. Carla huffed in annoyance as Wendy's prying.

"Honestly, you shouldn't pry into what people don't want to reveal." Carla said in a scolding-like tone. "However, if you really want to know.." Carla said, faking a disgusted expression that she'd probably make at remembering something that truly disgusted her.

"If it's that bad, than I think I'm good.." Wendy murmured, giving an apologetic look. She was probably a little annoyed by how Carla had just scolded her like she was a young child (it didn't help that she looked like one), so she just kept quiet to avoid Carla continuing to talk, scold and ramble about anything Wendy had done before that annoyed Carla.

Carla felt a little guilty for lying and deceiving Wendy but Carla didn't want her to get worried and try to 'help' Carla when Carla was confident she could do everything by herself. All Carla needed to do was stay close to Happy and make sure he was not near any fights involving a villain, a clearly different place from Magnolia and Natsu.

As Wendy and Carla exited the door, they were greeted by the sight of Erza chasing down Happy. Carla was glad to see Happy was fine (well not really if you consider Erza had gotten a solid hold of his tail and pulling on it) though already exasperated. She had to deal with this 24/7 until she was confident whatever battle had occurred had passed and Happy had no chance of dying. The tom-cat was already annoying. It was even more annoying that Carla would usually avoid or ignore Happy to a certain point and that she'd need an explanation for suddenly paying close attention to him without anyone assuming she liked or even loved him. The thought of it was absolutely horrendous and absurd to Carla. Like she'd ever like that annoying tom-cat Happy in more than a platonic way!
