Carla was sitting on a bench with Wendy, tapping away at the floor with her foot in impatience.

Everyone had gone to pack their things before heading to the train station as they believed they'd be staying there for at least a few days if they were really going to chase away a majority, if not all, the monsters. Wendy and Carla had packed their things quickly and arrived at the train station early. Erza and Gray were there as well, but Carla only cared for Happy right now. Even though he hadn't been killed in Magnolia, Carla couldn't shake off the anxiety she felt knowing that Happy was alone or only with Natsu.

"Good heavens, how long does it take for Natsu, Happy and Lucy to pack and get ready?" Carla asked no-one in particular, staring down at her communication lacrima. They've been sitting here for ten minutes already!

Erza let out a quiet laugh. "I wouldn't be surprised if Natsu and Happy are at Lucy's house and annoying her. Or maybe Natsu is delaying since he doesn't want to get on the train. Perhaps both." Erza said. Wendy and Gray nodded in agreement, they too laughing a little at the very believable thought. Carla just huffed.

Erza, Wendy and Gray were now discussing about Renza Town, the place they were going for the mission. Carla didn't join the conversation or bother listening.

What in the world am I going to do..? Carla thought to herself. Could she really prevent Happy from dying? Was he possibly going to be dying anytime soon? Maybe the vision takes place some time in the far future. Even though she wished it were true, Carla knew that was unlikely. She only had visions that would happen immediately or in the near future. Knowing that, Carla felt anxiety gnaw at her stomach. The moment they were out of Magnolia and in Renza Town, or somewhere Carla had never been before or didn't recognize, Happy was in potential danger.

As Carla pondered over ways she could stay by Happy's side or keep him out of any harm or trouble, she was brought back to the present by Wendy calling her name.

"Carla! Are you okay?" Wendy asked, concern evident in her voice.

"Of course I'm alright. I just zoned out. It happens sometimes." Carla said, sounding a little harsher than she had intended. Ugh. Stupid Happy. Because of him and his possible death, Carla was losing composure. She needed to calm down. Maybe she'd take a nap on the train ride. She was feeling a little tired as well since her vision hadn't let her sleep last night. Getting some good rest might help with her nerves. Or so Carla hoped.

Carla let out a sigh, staring at her phone again crossly. What was taking them so long? The train would be arriving in a few minutes. The next train that would take them to Renza Town would arrive tomorrow.

Carla went back to tapping away at the floor with her foot. It was clear that the others were getting impatient as well. Erza and Gray were looking a little annoyed now as well.

Erza and Gray's annoyance were short-lived as Natsu, Lucy and Happy had finally arrived.

"Sorry we're late!" Lucy apologized, clapping her hands together. "Natsu and Happy were at my house and the two knuckleheads forgot to pack their own things back at their house and dragged me after I had finished packing." Lucy said, giving Erza and the others apologetic looks before glaring angrily at Natsu and Happy. Natsu and Happy, as usual, were unaffected and couldn't care less about Lucy's complaining or her glaring.

"It's alright. Don't worry about it." Erza reassured Lucy. "You two really do trouble Lucy a lot." Erza said, looking over at Happy and Natsu. Her voice held a light scolding tone, though it seemed more like she was teasing the three.

When an announcement was made that the train had arrived, Natsu let out a loud groan while Wendy let out a quiet whine. The two despised trains and other vehicle due to their horrible motion sickness, but there was nothing that could about it.

Erza gave Natsu a light shove while Carla gave Wendy a soft pat and the two dragon slayers forced themselves on the train. The others followed them and then everyone was inside.

Carla reverted to her normal Exceed form and took a seat beside Wendy (though she kept her distance from the sick girl). She curled up and closed her eyes. Happy flew over and sat beside her, but Carla wasn't bothered since Happy was letting her sleep and wasn't disturbing her.

Carla wasn't surprised when sleep didn't come to her, but she had a few hours to try to sleep. Once she was rested, she'd hopefully feel better and think of ways to keep Happy safe.

Carla opened her eyes for a brief second to look at Happy before looking away and closing them again. I'm not going to let you die, Happy.
