Silver Lining (Harry Potter fan fiction)

{27} Midnight excitment

"C'mon lets go!" I exclaim running into the Hufflepuff girls dormitory.
We were in the middle of sneaking out to play quidditch way after ours. Everybody is suppose to be at least  in there common rooms in a few minutes. That's why I'm in such a hurry to get out of the castle.
I was sent in to grab Luna and Gabi and meet Harry's and Cedric outside the Hufflepuff common room.

We rushed down the staircase and went through the barrels.
Then there was Harry and Cedric leaning against the stone wall.
"Is everyone ready?" Harry questioned.

"Yeah, we need to hurry if we want to make it out on time." I insisted.
"Let's go."

All five of us ran up the staircase from the dungeon quiet but quickly. Carefully we snuck around corners and seeing if there we're teachers in the corridors.

Of how many times in the past six years at Hogwarts Myself, Gabbie, Luna, Fred or George. Would sneak out of castle nobody else catch us accept for Proffessor Snape.
Gabbie and Luna obviously aren't on the quidditch team. But theyre both really good at playing it we would play on our spare time all the time last year since Umbridge didn't allow very much magic inside of Hogwarts. We played quidditch and participated in Dumbledore's army as much as we could.

We soon met the quidditch pitch that was covered in freshly fallen snow. Everyone had a broomstick clutched in there hands. The box of Quaffle's, Bludger's and the golden snitch was carried by Harry and I and we sat it down in the middle of the pitch.

"Since there is only five of us. One of us is going to have to refferee at all times." Harry explained.
"rules are still the same but there is no keeper and everybody has two jobs. Catch the snitch and throw the Quaffle into the goal post theres's no bludgers either."

"Alright, So who's the refferee first?" Questioned Cedric.

"I'll do it." said Luna.
"Gryffindor Vs Hufflepuff, Couple Vs Couple." she stated.

Harry and I smiled at eachother.
"This should be interesting." I said.
I gave Luna the timer and whistle and I went on my broom and Harry and I flew to our sides and Gabbie and Cedric did the same thing.

"Wow." I exclaimed.
"It's been awhile since we've been up here."

"No kidding." Harry hesitated and smirked.
"So..You think I could keep up with the Chaser position."

I chuckled under my breath. "In your dreams Potter."

"Okay then, What's the key."

I continued to smile at Harry's interest's
"The key is to never turn your back on your enemy."
"Thats umm.. what my mom followed back in her quidditch days."

"really your mom played quidditch?" Harry asked.

Amy smirked. "she had the keeper position for four years."

Harry glanced at the ground "I didn't know that. What was she like."

At that moment Luna waved at Amy and Harry then Gabbie and Cedric.

"Harry I would love to tell you more about my mother but we got quidditch to play."
"Can we talk some other time?"

"Of course."
 Harry smiled

Amy and Harry both leaned forward on there brooms and waited for Luna's whistle. She clicked open the box that holds the Quaffle's and the Snitch and let them fly into the air. Luna put the whistle's between her lips and blew into it making a sound that echoed across the field. All four of us went forward trying to grab ahold of the Quaffle's. I managed to grab a quaffle and tucked it under my right arm and made my way over to a goal post. Gabbie was right beside while Cedric and Harry where chasing eachother around the pitch for the golden snitch. I curved in front of the goalpost and slammed in the Quaffle. Gabriella quickly grabbed the quaffle from the other side of the goalpost and I started doing the same thing she did to me but she went to My side of the pitch.
