Chapter-4-The Confession

"Are you seeing someone?" this line echoed in Leo's head repeatedly."How do I reply?" asked Leo to himself."Ummmm Leo, did I ask something wrong," asked Ellen."No No," replied Leo"Actually...I do like someone," confessed Leo with embarrassment."Who? Who is the lucky person," asked Ellen with excitement. Leo was flustered, he had never encountered such a situation ever."I can't tell you that, its better this way," said Leo."But I want to know,plweasee," begged Ellen."I'll tell you her name only when I ask her out, but ill give you a hint we know her, "told Leo with a slight grin on his face."Hmmph! fine, ill find that girl by myself. Why don't we have a bet if I find that girl before you ask her out then you have to confess your love immediately at that moment" said Ellen."But what if I ask her before you ever find who it is?"questioned Leo."Well, that's good by itself you would have any way asked her," laughed Ellen. Leo then had a long chat and also managed to convince Ellen that he would pay the bill(It was a pretty big deal to Leo and also that they had only coffee so the bill was relatively less priced). As they walked out Ellen's phone rang, "You want me to come early, but I thought I could have the day for myself, why do you always do this, Ok ill come over bye, "Ellen's tone dropped with every sentence she spoke."I got to leave I have to meet someone,"she waved and turned to leave. Suddenly"Was it Francis on the phone?"Ellen was stunned"Yes it was,if you'll excuse me I'm leaving,"said Ellen."Judging by your tone there is something wrong going on, so if you ever want to talk to someone about it then....."told Leo suddenly"I KNOW WHAT TO DO THANKS A LOT," screamed Ellen. She walked away and Leo was standing all alone, he had a feeling of guilt which tried killing him. He immediately turned around and left.

Leo arrived home. Lara, Clausen, and Leslie knew what had happened, they kept quiet as Leo walked towards them."How was your day?" inquired Leslie, Clausen, and Lara turned pale expecting a bad reply."It was good, I'm not feeling well so I'll be crashing early today."Leslie was struck with grief, she managed to restrain herself from asking questions."What about the party" responded Clausen.Lara and Leslie immediately glared at Clausen."I SAID IM NOT FEELING WELL, THAT'S IT END OF STORY, "Leo's tone reached a very serious point for the very first time. He walked out, Lara and Leslie sent waves of killing intent towards Clausen. Lying on his bed Leo began collecting his thoughts, his thoughts about Ellen were both negative and positive. He came to a conclusion, never to converse with Ellen again(That's basically impossible due to Leo's strong feelings for Ellen but this thought occurs for all men due to a single negative event). Leo dozed off wondering about the different outcomes that could have occurred.

It was November 5th, a fine Monday morning. The sounds of the birds chirping and the sounds of his sister's loud morning music woke Leo up. He managed to while away the whole of Sunday without encountering any questions. He woke up thinking about his ironclad resolve"Never get in a relationship."Leo got dressed in a jiffy and went down to get his breakfast. Leslie served him warm pancakes,the one thing that kept Leo in a good mood was good breakfast."So sis when will mom be back?" asked Leo."I still haven't heard from her I'll tell you when I get to know," replied Leslie. The bell rang, Leo grabbed his glass of milk and went over to open the door, he was stunned. There stood Ellen ready for school, Leo started shivering on the spot his ironclad resolve began cracking, his emotions began spewing(I know I know, spewing sounds gross, I can't use leaking cause it sounds way grosser)."Ellen? What are you doing here?" asked Leo inquisitively."Won't you invite me in?" asked Ellen with a smile."Oh yes yes I totally forgot, come inside Leslie has made warm pancakes."Leslie is here?, it's been soo long since I last saw her," said Ellen as she walked into the house."Ell-Ellen"stammered Leslie as she dropped her wooden ladle."Take your seat, will you have some pancakes?" asked Leslie"No thanks, I just had my breakfast," replied Ellen with a smile."I came here early in the morning to walk to school with Leo," said Ellen. Leo couldn't help but gasp at what he had heard, Leslie looked at Leo in awe. Leo was lost in thought, he began thinking about how he can pursue his first love(Minds of men can easily be twisted and are prone to very quick change in ideologies, Beware!)."I'll wait, finish your breakfast then we can leave,k?" said Ellen." O-Okk" said Leo with surprise.He began digging through his pancake, Ellen was watching him carefully(That's what he thought), so by instinct, he dropped some sauce on his shirt."Shoot, now I got to change my shirt, be right back" said Leo as he went to get changed.Leslie and Ellen were alone in the room," So Ellen how is your life going?Give me some nice gossip about Leo," said Leslie with a stimulating face.Ellen smiled"Do you know, Leo likes someone."Leslie couldn't handle what she heard, "Pfftt..." she broke into an endless round of laughter.Ellen was dumbstruck" I'm not lying, he really told me that."Leslie did not stop she kept on going"So Leo is playing the indirect game huh?I think what I'm doing is intimidating her a bit," said Leslie to herself.Leo came down, all changed he got ready to leave.As Ellen and Leo walked towards the doorstep, "You'll help him won't you?" questioned Leslie.Ellen replied quickly with a bright smile and a big yes.They left the house,As they walked through their neighborhood," I want to talk to you about the day before," said Ellen with signs of regret.This was the moment when the truth came out....Is Ellen in a forced relationship?.....Does she have feelings for Leo......?
