Coming home

That Friday was hectic for Mike, Gabe, and Juane. They were getting asked questions left and right. "Where were you this week?" Yang asked Gabe. "I had something to do last night, sorry." Pyrrha asked Juane why she found a white helmet in the room. "Well that was probably left over from Halloween." He answered. Ruby just gave Mike a menacing look and he was on his knees begging for forgiveness. "I'm sorry I wasn't this week I had something really important to do, no not more important than you but almost as important!" "Ok, I forgive you." Ruby said. "Well," Gabe started," it is almost my birthday, so I guess we could go back to my home."

As they prepared their gear and bags for the trip, Gabe walked to see Yang. "Yang when we go back home it's ok if you feel like you don't want to be with me no more. I mean my life and home are pretty weird. And the songs I wrote are rather from a couple of months ago to a year or more ago." "Gabe, I assure that there is no one I'd rather be with than you, so don't you worry, I can handle weird."

As they boarded a plane, which all but Ren, Juane, the Torchwigs, which includes Ozzy because he's Roman's brother, and Glynda, the rest were not used to flying unless it was in their blimp shaped aircraft. As they flew on the Torchwig family's plane, they talked about what Gabe's home would be like. "So Gabe," Weiss started," what is your home like?" "Well, it's just a small town in the great state of Georgia. Actually, some of the first Torchwigs came from Texas, both being part of the 50 states that make the great United States of America. Said to be a dead country after the war between us and the greatest rivalries we have. Which include the Japanese dictators and their followers, Russian dictators and their followers, and German Nazis. But we never died and won the war, but at a great cost of a hundred thousand American soldiers. The only war that beats it in American casualties is the Civil war. My family fought in that war. But my town is just small farming town. Big enough to be beautiful and small enough for everyone to know everyone." With that they fell asleep and waited till they landed.

It was Sunday, 8 o'clock in the morning, January 13th when they landed. Surprising to most, People were already up and working. "It's the last day of Winter break before people go back to work and school." Gabe explained. The townspeople stopped to look at the plane landing. "WE'RE BACK BABY! It's time to have some fun with the town. So how 'bout a concert to celebrate us coming back." Juane and Gabe switched off words and sentences. The people cheered for the people who made this town famous. They started cheering for the big three. "Big Three! Big Three! Big Three!" All of a sudden Blake came out of nowhere without her bow and jumped on Gabe's back. The people cheered like there was no tomorrow.

Gabe lead his friends to a place named "The Hangout". It was a bar and dive owned by his family. He walked into the bar saying, "Beers on me today fellas." As he walked behind the bar to serve everyone, he told Juane to get the stuff in the back. Juane soon returned with cases of Torchwig brand beer. As he poured each one into a tall glass, the people started talking to him. "It's good to have you back buddy, the town wasn't the same without you," one man said. "It feels great to be back. I got my Dad back and now I just need to get my mother back." Gabe said. Yang tried to walk up to Gabe but kept getting stopped by guys trying to flirt with her. Gabe noticed this. "Hey, get off her she's with me." He said. "Oh sorry Gabe, I didn't know." The man whimpered. "It's alright. I'm pretty sure no one thought I was gonna date again after what happened." Gabe said. Two blondes walked up and started to chat with yang. As they walked to Gabe, one of the blondes asked a question. "So you're not into anything Bad or evil are you?" "What do you mean Cherry?" Yang asked. "Well any evil organization planning on hurting Gabe we mean." The other blonde, Susan, said. "No, of course not. I could never hurt Gabe. Especially with the way he treats me." Yang answered back. Gabe walked over with a couple drinks in his hands. "Alright, light for Cherry, Smooth for Susan, and a little kick for my Dragon. And original for me. So we're having a come back home concert tonight, you guys coming." "Course we're coming we wouldn't miss for the world." Cherry said. "I'm calling in a favor and getting Glam to perform."
