Mission: Might Not Come Back

A couple weeks have passed and it's February 14th, Valentine's day. The entire day the guys spent it with their respective girls. Juane showed Pyrrha round the town. Mike showed Ruby around the field. Nora and Ren were out doing who knows what. And Gabe sat at home with Yang in his arms, both just watching tv. Nora and Ren came home not too long after that. Gabe got a phone call and moved himself to pick it up. "Who is this? Yes. Yes. Kay, we'll be down there shortly." "What was it?" Yang asked. Gabe kissed Yang and stood up. "I have something that I need to take care of. I'm sorry, but the boys are coming with me too. You'll be able to watch us though. We'll hook up satellite to show it to you."

Gabe, Juane, Mike, and Ren walked into an old looking army house. Inside was an older man that stood in a colonel's uniform. They stood at attention in front of him "At ease soldiers," he said, "you have a very important mission ahead of you. You are to go to North Korea and steal important info that can tell us what happened at your previous mission. Gabe you are terminator. Juane you are paladin. Ren is ghost and Mike is reaper." "Yes sir!" They answered.

February 16th 12:30 pm. The guys have left, but everyone can still see them via hidden sattelite. Gabe raised is head up. The others folded their hands together. "dear Lord we thank you for this day and the times you gave us for the past couple weeks. We ask you to put your hands over us and our loved ones to protect us all. May we complete our mission and come back in one piece. Amen." "Amen." The others said.

Ren was covered in a suit that he used in his last mission. The same was with Mike. Gabe had a phadorah hat on and a small revolver on his belt. He had on green striped pants and jacket. He also had an old looking cane with a curved handle and an armored shirt on under his jacket. Juane was heavily armored with silencers on his armor and his weapons. He had special forces padding under his usual armor. He had a silenced M1911 and a honey badger assault rifle.

When they were within one mile of the base, Gabe laid out he plan. "Ok, Juane you go near the entrance and take any guards in front of it and in the first room. After that you will guard that point. Mike you'll stay here and scout out anything weird. If anyone leaves take them out. Ren will go in and neutralize anybody still in the base. He'll also turn off the lights. I'll go and take the info. Got it."

Juane didn't see anything go on after the sun went down. Ren and Gabe were in there for a while, but he didn't mind. Mike took out a couple guys but nothing too much. Ren was hacking into the hardware to see if there is any new info they need. Gabe was in the right room when he saw someone. He stood in front of the person as he saw his hand move to alarm the base. Gabe shot him and ran to grab the intel. He contacted the rest via earpiece. "GET OUT OF HERE!" The girls at home could still see what was going on. "NO!" Yang shouted. She was worried what would happen to them, her boyfriend especially.

The guys ran to the pickup point. They were all there except for Gabe. They soon saw him running through with his chain gun. "GET TO THE CHOPPER!" Ren and Mike got to the Sea Knight. Gabe threw the intel to Ren. Juane was about to get in when he looked to Gabe. "COME ON! GET OVER HERE!" He shouted. "ALRIGHT." Gabe said. As soon as he turned around a bayonet stabbed him threw the chest. A sniper shot him in the right shoulder to. He almost collapsed when he took out his revolver and shot the enemies till he ran out of ammo. Juane jumped down to help his friend. "NO GABE!" Mike shouted. He ran to try to get out of the ship, but Ren held him back. "Don't do it he told me to protect you." He said. Juane was out of ammo but Gabe was back up. But they were both overwhelmed as the helicopter left for home.

Yang and Pyrrha looked at the static on the tv. Yang broke out in sobs onto Blake's shoulder. Blake was trying, and failing, to hold back tears too. Pyrrha hunched over and curled up into a ball as she silently wepped. Ren and Mike were back as everyone ran to them. Ren closed his eyes and looked down. Mike hugged Audrey and Neo. Ozpin and Roman looked at each other. "Guys, they knew this was going to happen." Roman said. The gang looked at him. "What?" Yang said quietly. "WHAT?!" Yang shouted. "They knew these risks were going to happen. The only one who didn't know was Mike. They are trained to do anything to complete a mission. We are already making a team to get them out of there." Ozpin clarified.

It was two days later, on February 18th, Gabe's birthday. The task team was Mike, Ren, Roman, Ozpin, and Sarge. As they geared up to go, Yang walked up to them. "I'm going on the mission with you guys." She demanded. Ozpin looked at her. "Can you kill people that you don't know?" He said. "What? Why would I have to kill someone?" She clarified. Roman spoke up. "Cause we are getting them out of there, with or without force. Either way is good with me." He was loaded with ammo all over his armor. He had a shotgun on his back, a sawed off on his left leg, a revolver on his right leg, a mac 10 on his right sleeve and a M16A1 rifle in his hands.

Mike had a Ballista with iron sights. He also had his two CZ75's on his hips. A SPAS-12 was on his back and a Galil assault rifle was in his hands. The rifle had 3 underbarell attachments, a grenade launcher, a masterkey shotgun, and a flamethrower. He had several grenades on his belt. He also carried around 2 AK-47u's.

Ren carried Storm flower, 2 MP5K submachine guns, two Five-Sevens, and a china lake launcher. He also had an Executioner pistol on his hip, an AK-47, and a couple of FYU grenades. Ozpin had a simple M14, an M16, two M1911's, and a KSG shotgun with slugs.

Sarge was loaded with a bunch of stuff. He had two sawed-offs, one for each shoulder. Two uzi's one his left and right thighs. Several grenades. A striker shotgun. A HAMR LMG and an RPG. He also had two grenade firing pistols.

"And I can't go why? We're using force and who's better than using force than me?" Yang asked. Mike spoke this time. "First dad is better at using force. Second, are you sure you're willing to do this. We will most likely have to kill people. And I'll ask again. Can you kill people?" "I don't think so no." She responds. "Then there's your answer. We won't be taking you. We won't run that risk."

Later at an unknown location

Gabe woke up as he saw him and Juane hanging by ropes tied to their hands. He looked up as he saw several enemy soldiers. One walked up to him and spoke. "Why are you here?" He asked. His voice was slow and heavy. Gabe spat on his face. "I'll never tell you." Juane started to stir up as well. The interrogator pulled out a stun baton and stabbed Gabe with it. Gabe winced but that was it. Juane tried to speak. "If you let us go, I promise to beat your ass first." The interrogator snickered at this comment. Just then the boys were cut down from their post and were put back to back. There were a guard in front of each of them holding a pistol. "Each pistol has three rounds in it. You have a 50% chance to live the first time." The interrogator spoke. Each of the boys took a miss. The second time the soldier tried to shoot him, Gabe stood up and disarmed him. He took the body as a shield and shot the other guard and the interrogator. He got Juane out of the chair and gave him an AK that was on the floor.

They checked the lockers in the next room and found a couple grenades, an RPK LMG, more revolver ammo, two Desert Eagles, and an RPG. Gabe took halve of the grenades, the revolver ammo, and the RPK. Juane took the rest of the stuff. They were nearing an entrance when they heard an explosion. When they looked, they saw Yang and the rest of the rescue team. All the bad guys went to fight them. Juane and Gabe flanked them from behind. Juane and Gabe helped finish off the last of the guys. Yang ran up to Gabe and hugged him with tears in her eyes. "Hey hey. There's no reason to cry. I'm here now. For the rest of the time we're home I'll be with you for all of it. K." Gabe soothed her. They all went home on the Sea Knight that day.
