CHAPTER FOUR

I woke up with light floading through my window. What? Shouldn't we be at school by now? My eyes snapped open, almost hurting by the sudden straining it took to get them so open. I looked around me and was hyperaware of Freddy by my side. His arms were around me and I was hugged to him tightly. I looked at the digital clock by my bedside. It was ten. Ten on a TUESDAY! Oh God.

"FRED! FRED WAKE UP!" He groaned and opened his eyes. "FRED DANGIT! WAKE UP IT'S TEN! WE HAVE TO GET TO SCHOOL!" He groaned again and put his arm over his eyes. "But Sweet-Heart, it's good to play hookey ever once in a while." This surprized me, yet delighted me. A day off from school...."You mean like ditching?" I asked my Freddy, more calm now. He nodded still looking groggy. I looked away for a few seconds then back to him. "Well. What do you want to do today?" He wrapped his arms around my waist and kissed me deep and passionate. I kissed him back, what was the question I asked again...? He pulled away and pulled me out of bed.

"Why don't we go outside?" He looked at me as he asked this.

"Shouldn't we get dressed first?"

"Why?"

"Because...."

"See there's no reason."

"FINE." I was exasperated.

He chuckled as we ran off outside. He climbed up a tree with me and placed me in his lap. We were up about 4 limbs of the tree. He kissed my forehead and asked what I wanted to do outside. I shrugged. I dragged him back inside. He asked why I had done this and I sat him down on the couch. I ran off to my closet and picked out something for me to wear.

I put on jean short-shorts, a light rainbow tie-dye T-shirt and my guitar. I ran out to my Freddy and told him to get dressed. "Why?" He demanded. "Because I want you to look your best." I replied simply as I ran off to the music room. I stopped and went over to the piano. I started to play and sang "A year without rain" by Selena Gomez.

When I was done I looked behind me and saw my Freddy. "Whoa is right." I laughed at what he had said. He was so silly. I kissed him nose. "You wanna help me with a music video I've been wanting to do? It's called "Rock God". Selena Gomez wrote it but I want to do the music video." I asked him, hopeful. He nodded. Okay! Go print out the music sheets. I went and got changed. I had a great idea for this!
