Jungkook half ran half walk towards his shared apartment with Hoseok, mind filled with confusion to why his feeling scared and why does he keep on reminiscing the days that he didn't received any messages from Jimin.
Three days ago, he woke up feeling better than before. He looked at his alarm clock and realized that it was half past ten. He was quite surprised that he woke up later than usual, he's used to waking up every morning because of his phone's continues buzzing---right. His phone didn't buzz today. At this rate of time he's supposed to be in his Golden Closet trying to write songs and edit videos for people while ignoring a certain person's texts and calls. But today it's different. He didn't woke up because of Jimin's text message and his phone has been silent all day. He fetched his phone in his pocket and checked his inbox, he was right, no new messages. Not even one. So Jungkook savored the moment of peace. Finally! A day with no annoying text and call. He was finally getting the peace he deserves. He drank his coffee while smiling to himself, trying to ignore the fact that somehow, he misses the buzzing of his phone inside his pants pocket.
Three days later, its still the same. Jungkook wakes up late and continues to write songs without any distraction. At first it was okay, it was more than okay because this is what Jungkook wants, right? Right? But he somehow feels cold. Lonely even. He found himself gradually checking his phone every minute to see if someone texted him. But Jungkook is dense and he tries to ignore it, the stirring in his stomach that somehow make him sick and tries to bury at the deepest part of his mind that somehow, he misses Jimin.
So Jungkook decided that today, he will try. Try to listen to his hearts decision. He stumbled on his way to their front door and tried to look for his keys, inside his pocket. When he felt the cold metal touched his skin, he immediately shoved the key through the doorknob and as soon as he heard the soft click of the lock he ran towards his room and immediately looks for the letter.
He let out a sigh of relief when he sees the paper on top of his clothes drawer, untouched. He picked up the abandoned fiber and proceeded to sat on his computer's chair.
As soon as he opened the letter, the beating of his heart raced one more and this time, Jungkook is sure that it's because of the feeling of being scared to lose something and the feeling of wanting to throw himself to the window for being such an idiot.....
