Chapter 11

(your P.O.V) Time was coming as well as Prom. And here at Riverdale High prom is a big thing. Flyers were flying around the halls. Decorating began and worst of all that stupid sign that said " Time to ask that special someone " with that stupid smiley face, he is the worst. Plus you can't assume that people are going like what if your single or just #ForeverAlone.
I could just plan it out in my head, Reggie was gonna ask Jocelyn in a big way like at tomorrow's games half-time break and Julia was gonna ask Kevin somewhere like in the library or over dinner.

(Jughead's POV)- I was a mess, Prom was here what am I gonna do where am I gonna ask them but mostly who was I gonna ask Betty or Y/N. I first made a list of pros and and cons for each person.

Reggie's POV - I had my mind on Prom and knew that I had to do something BIG for Jocelyn to make her all flustered, she's so cute when she's all red. I was thinking about asking her at the game tonight but I would have to ask the guys for help and maybe the cheer team. Fuck , she's on the cheer team dammit. She just can't know about it.

Julia's POV - I knew that I wanted to ask Kevin myself to prom instead of him asking me. I wanted to be creative and this was the best I came up with OK I'm not very artsy. I wanted to ask him in the library but I'll need some ideas how to ask and I sure can't do that myself. I can just ask Jolly.

An Hour later:
Jocelyn's POV- I had just gotten back from Ronnie's place when I noticed that Reggie came by and dropped of some fresh cut flowers and a box of Kraft Mac 'N' Cheese for later on tonight. The note said " Sorry princess I couldn't stay because the boys and I gotta practice for the game tomorrow I'll be back tonight for cuddles and the episode of Riverbale (our favorite show) Love you, Reg " I instantly posted a picture onto my Snapchat. As I looked forward for tonight, big and loud thumps come from upstairs and I went to see what it was. It was Julia and she had fallen down the stairs because she didn't use the railing again. You told her " damnit Julia not again, I told you, you have to use the railing!" And she replied with " IM ASKING KEVIN TO PROM NOW HELP ME AND FUCK THE RAILING IM INDEPENDENT!"
As we both headed into the kitchen Julia sat in a barstool at the kitchen island as I made tea. " Nice flowers, and macaroni?" Julia said " it's for Reggie and I, later on tonight and you  are getting none of it " *sips tea. As Julia stole a cookie off the tray on the counter you question her about prom once more. " I want to ask him in the library but I don't know how to ask him." She explained. "Well you could do a poster? " you asked and she shook her head no. " Oh, you could write it on a piece of paper and ask him to get it off the shelf because you couldn't reach it?" And she answered with "Omg, yes that will do" and she took 4 more day old cookies and went off on her marry way back up the stairs. " Use the railing" you shrieked.

Archie's POV - With the baby still on my mind, I knew that prom wasn't an option for Ronnie and I. I knew that this weekend Ronnie wanted to either decorate the nursery or something like that. And in January she wanted a baby shower to happen? How the hell do we shower the baby if it's still in the kidney!?

Kevin POV- Julia and I were gonna meet in the library in thirty minutes and I was gonna ask the question. 30 minutes later.
Now conversation time!
J- I have a question for you!!!!!
K- Same !!!
J- ok you go first.
K- no you!
J- let's say it at the same time
K- Ready, set , go!!!!!!
J & K- Will you go to prom with me?????
K - YES!!!!!
J - Damnit Kevin I wanted to ask!!

The Next Day...
Reggie's POV - So it was around noon and I had everything figured out. The guys were gonna circle around me as the cheerleaders did a little dance and then I will walk though them and ask her. But before the halftime break, Moose volunteered to put my Jersey on so Jocelyn thinks I'm still out there. And I made sure that the girls didn't tell her about this at all.

Jolly's POV-  As I what putting my cheer bow in  Reggie sent me a cute Snapchat of him with a bunny filter on in the locker room. I then FaceTimed him he didn't answer me, after he texted "Gtg princess, see you at the game" I then left him on read because he didn't answer my FaceTime call. I then started to freak out and for some odd reason I called (Y/N) and made her come over. When (Y/N) got there I ran to her sobbing telling her I thought Reggie was going to break up with me. (Y/N) then told me some really good advice " Jocelyn listen to me Reggie is not going to break up with you he loves you with all his heart and it's obvious. He is your Prince Charming, your knight in shining armor. You are his everything and you are end game. So don't ever think he is going to break up with you. But also if he does I will beat the fuck out of him."
(Reggie's POV) It was time for the game and Jolly still wasn't there I was a little freaked out. But then I saw her she was as beautiful as the setting sun over an ocean which in my mind is stunning. She ran over to the rest of the cheer squad. After I played the first quarter of the game which we scored!! Half time began and it was my time to shine. So all of the guys circled around me and the girls did this cute little dance that reminded me so much of my princess then the big moment was starting. I walked out of the circle and she walked up to me then I said "Jocelyn Shalett I love you" she then said "awww I love you too" she then hugged me and I set her in front of me with my hands on her shoulders and told her the rest "Now I have been in love with you from the first moment I saw you and ever since I wanted to spent all my time with you, you are my dream girl and I have been planning this moment for a long time" she then said "uh huh" I kissed her on the forehead and continued my speech. "Ok now (gets down on one knee) will you make me so happy and go to prom with me." "Om freaking G yes a thousand times yes" She replied we then had like really good make out sesh like even better than when we first started "dating". Then we hugged and everyone clapped and yelled #CoupleGoals. I then took my Letterman jacket off and wrapped it around her. "I don't want them guys looking at my beautiful princess." I told her.

Jolly's POV - After the promposal, Reggie and I had a date at Pop's but we had some unexpected guests which were Kevin and Julia. Though we love them it was kinda awkward I mean all Reggie and I did was make out which was nice but they kinda just sat there, I don't think they even talked to each other. After our awkward little double date Reggie and I then went to Ronnie's place since she was staying at Archie's and Julia was at my house, we wanted some time alone for once. Reggie then went to go make the mac-n-cheese he had brought over earlier while I got some blankets and pillows for us to cuddle in. After a little while we put our favorite show Riverbale on, ate mac-n-cheese, and cuddled plus a little kissing. We then fell asleep and woke up to Ronnie yelling "get up and out of my house i'm huge and tired I just walked up hella stairs!!" We then got up giggling and putting our shoes on. When we got to my house it was still really early so we went up to my room and cuddled some more until we fell asleep again.
