*Cali's POV*
So it turns out I tackled Taemin into a hug. I don't know how since he's like half a foot taller than me but it happened and now he's pinned down under me while I'm straddling his hips. Our faces aren't that far apart either which makes it worse. I'm more shocked than he is honestly. I looked into his eyes slowly while he looked into mine. Once our eyes met he smiled his bright smile. I smiled back awkwardly. "What an eventful day. This scene seems somewhat familiar but the difference was I snuck up on you but now it's the other way around. Well played." He whispered so only I can hear. His voice was low and raspy but still brought warmth to my heart. I'm not use to this feeling. I'm scared but my face was burning. I scrambled off of him while mumbling a 'sorry' over and over again while Ji and Chris laughed. Tae sat up still smiling but blushing a bit as well. I covered my face in embarrassment. "Oh keep your face covered Cali." Tae with excitement clearly in his voice. I heard the sound of a bag rustling and heard a few 'wow' being said. "Okay open your eyes." Tae whispered in my ear. I instinctively moved back putting my arms up covering my face while flinching, closing my eyes tightly waiting for some sort of pain. After a while I realized I'm not back there anymore. I'm somewhere far away from them. I came back to reality, slowly opening my eyes and putting my arms down. Concern was written all over their faces. I felt terrible.
I forced a smile on my face to lighten the gloomy, heavy mood I have placed into the room by my small action. I looked at what Tae was holding which was almost the exact same hoodie but for a girl and longer to be used as a dress. I held the material in my hand, "Oh my god this is so cute." This time I actually smiled while speaking. I can see the visible relief in all their faces after they realize that I was okay. Tae's face was bright and his eye smile was present as he smiled. "I'm glad you like it." He placed his gift into my hands softly as I admired it. I stood up suddenly and ran upstairs to change into it. I heard some laughs but I didn't care since I was happy.
Once I passed the threshold to my room I turned around to close and locked my door. I walked towards my bed placing the hoodie on top of it. Grabbing the bottom of my sweater I pulled it off in one swoop. As I was doing this I could hear the doorbell ringing. "I got it!" Christian yelled probably scrambling to his feet to answer the door who I assumed to be the pizza he ordered earlier. I grabbed the hoodie and then pulled it over my head. I opened my door and walked to the bathroom looking at my reflections. The hoodie made me look smaller than I originally am. I then pulled my long locks down from the messy bun leaving slight waves in my hair. I then loosely braided my hair in two sections on each side of my head. I pulled out my hidden side bang. Satisfied on how I look I grabbed blankets and pillows from upstairs then walked downstairs to be greeted by the smell of pizza coming from the living room.
Once I entered the living room I placed the blankets and pillows down on the couch. I looked around and noticed Ji and Chris have already started up the console and playing a combat game while Tae watched them, eating pizza as well. They were all sitting on the ground even though we had couches and seats to sit on. I slowly crept beside him trying to not make a sound so he wouldn't notice. But he noticed somehow. Our eyes met briefly and we both smiled at each other. I sat down beside him with my legs laying on top of his focusing my eyes on the screen in front of us. "You look nice for a person who's probably gonna sleep in a bit." Tae said in a teasing tone while poking my cheeks. I rolled my eyes and scoffed in a playful way. "For your information old man I stay up hella late." I retorted back facing him with a playful glare. "I'm going to stay up later than you." He said back. With a doubting look on my face I responded in a sarcastic way, "Sure old man." We both glared at each other until we both bursted out laughing.
"Shut up!" Exclaimed both Chris and Ji in an annoying as they were both trying to focus on the game. I snickered after their little outburst. "Cali we should take some selfies since we're matching now." Tae offered while I nodded enthusiastically. He chuckled while pulling out his phone, unlocking it then going to an app with multiple filters. We both looked through the filters choosing many of them taking silly pictures of ourselves and each other individually. We also took some nice simple pictures of us smiling into the camera.
