"Ring, bam, ring," Tyrone's alarm went off at 5am. He grabbed his towel and went straight to the bathroom for his morning shower. He flipped the switch, but no light. "Dammit, no power" he muttered. Unfortunately, when the power is off the water pressure declines as well. Luckily for him there was a little water left for he and his siblings. After they were dressed and almost ready their father comes home. His face was pale and had depressed look. "What happened daddy?" asked the confused Tammy
"I doubt this will phase you all but, your grandfather died yesterday." Tyrone's father was right, it barely phased them but they were still sad. Tyrone was never that close with his grandfather and only spent a few hours with him this summer. "How did he -"
"I don't know I just heard about it." said his father that raised his voice but not to the point of yelling. Tyrone understood that his father was going through a lot, he gestured to his siblings to leave the room and they did to let their father be.
