A Promise

I promised to love you no matter what.

When you needed someone to talk to, when you needed comfort, when you needed someone to go along with you, I was there.

In light of your success, in your darkest days, in your most huff-moments, I witnessed it all.

The smile in your face, those beautiful white teeth, the grooves on your waist due to happiness, the frowning in your brows when your sad, I captured it all.

These are the things I love to do because I love you so. But what about me? What about on my most lit and dim moments? My happiest and sad days? Who would compliment me for doing a great job or to advice me when I'm feeling a lot of troubles? Do I need to do and feel this alone? Do I really deserve this? But I promised you one thing, be it.
