You just moved to Seoul yesterday and started to unpack until you hear a knock on your apartment door.

My plane landed in Seoul airport last night, I walked towards my new apartment building and took the elevator to the third floor; I opened my new apartment door and moved all my boxes and suitcases from the taxi into the big empty space. I checked my phone to see it's 12:01 am. I unrolled my mattress and got my blanket and pillows to sleep, it's been a tiring journey and I needed to rest! "Uhh I can unpack tomorrow" I muttered under my breath whilst curling up underneath my blanket.
*BEEP BEEP* *BEEP BEEP* *BEEP BEEP-* " sHuShhh" I sigh, pressing the snooze button on my phone. I check the time on my phone to see it's 8:00 am. I look around and realise I probably should start unpacking. I get up and start unloading the boxes. It's been 2 hours and I've moved my clothes suitcase into my soon-to-be bedroom. Luckily the previous owner left some stuff like a wardrobe, I hung up all my clothes and sat down in the floor and whipped out my laptop, I ordered a bed, a sofa, a rug- the list goes on to be honest I went on a spree, I mean I kind of needed to my apartment was practically empty. It came to a lot of money but i was desperate. "Next day delivery...... eek I'm gonna have to" I whisper to myself and press order. Once most of the boxes are emptied I decided it's time I should eat something. I've never really liked breakfast so I always tended to skip it. It's now 12 am therefore lunch time 😈 I was about to walk to my kitchen until it hit me, I need to go food shopping!! I went into my bedroom and got dressed into a nice outfit and put on some makeup. I wanted to look nice as it's going to be the first time I've left my apartment when it's not 12 am. I wore this:

It's September so it's starting to get cold, I made the decision to wear something that could keep me warm. I got my purse and locked the door. I walked down the stairs and saw a girl looking around the same age as me coming towards my way. "oh hi, are you new?" She says with a smile "um yeah I moved in last night" I say trying not to be so awkward. " well it's nice to meet you! I'm Jennie, I live on the fourth floor" she put her hand out to shake mine, I hesitantly shook it: " I'm on the third floor" I say scratching the back of my neck- It's a habit when I get shy. " I'm Y/N by the way" I say giving a genuine smile. "It's lovely to meet you Y/N, we should meet up sometime, I'm sure you'd like a friend" she pats me on the back and carries on walking upstairs as I walk down.
She seems nice, I thought to myself. It would be great to have a friend right now as I'm all alone. I reach the door to my apartment building, I leave it and start walking aimlessly on the street. I don't actually know where the food store is. I search on my phone, the nearest store is around the corner! How lucky is that. I follow the directions and find the store. I grab a basket and go on a spree, obviously getting fruits and vegetables, but I don't think I will have time to be cooking home cooked meals every night so I got a lot of Ramen and snacks too. I also bought a couple bottles of soda and drinks and some ice cream tubs (it's necessary). As I'm waiting in line to pay I see cute purple fairy lights being sold, I imagined having them in my bedroom and the image was cute! I picked up a pack of purple lights, white, blue, pink and gold ones just so I had a variety. I also picked up some mugs and glasses for my drinks and some plates and bowls for my food. I paid for all my stuff and carried three bags back to my apartment building. " hey! Do you need a hand?" Jennie is in the car park and started to frantically wave at me. " um yeah actually that would be great" I hand her a bag as we both get the elevator to the third floor. I let her In my apartment and we rested the bags on the kitchen counter. " thanks Jennie" I say hugging her, those bags where so heavy I feel exhausted. " it's no problem! Your place is nice just a little empty" she chuckled, making me smile. " thanks I know" I tuck a strand of hair behind my ear as I start to unpack the shopping bag until I heard a knock at my door.
