Chapter 9 : Truth

In the middle of the room there was a couple having an awkward moment. Each of them do not know what to do after Conan suddenly drop an unexpected word. So, what actually happened? Let's get back to the time when Haibara fainted.

"Oii...Haibara! Are you alright?" Conan raised his voice when he noticed Haibara react weirdly. He quickly caught Haibara when she started to fell down. He felt relief that he was able to caught her on time or else she might injured herself.

He continued

"Hang in there!" His voice seems panic when Haibara fell down. He quickly check for her pulse at her wrist while trying to balance himself and haibara so she won't fall down. Currently, haibara was being hold by conan using his left hand while other hand was use to check for her pulse. Then he check for her breath if there was any irregularity. How exactly he does that while his other hand check her pulse? Of course, he leans his face towards Haibara's face and gradually change his face position a bit so that his ear was opposite towards Haibara's face. He felt Haibara's gentle breath. When he confirmed there was no any irregularity he sighed in relief.

While Conan was doing all of that his classmate was staring at him with mix feeling. Some of them were watching with amazed face since Conan handle emergency situation effectively. There were also some of the with confused expression because they don't know what Conan was doing. Lastly, some of them were with surprised expression because Conan's was being bold towards Haibara. However, all of them share the same state where their face flush a bit or a lot. It was too stimulating towards kid and the adults will feel the same way if they were present.

From their perspective, they saw Conan was embracing Haibara in his hand and to make thing complicated Conan's face was near her face for a while now. As a result this situation leads to awkward atmosphere. All the classmate don't know where to look. Then, Conan realized what was going on. His face became red. By the time he tried to explain, his face became completely red. Thus, he was only able to said a few words only.

"I will bring Haibara to infirmary." while he clear his throat at first to hide his embarrassment. His classmates can only nodded. After confirming that everthing was alright, he tried to carry Haibara. His classmate once again didn't know where to look. As they trying to not ruin the mood they silently watching conan carried Haibara in Princess style. The girls scream in their their heart while the boys stare with eyes full of jelousy. All of them have their own thought.

How about their best friends were feeling when they saw such situation? What was in their mind? Each of them have different reaction. Mitsuhiko was in adeep thought thinking what he should do. Ayumi was staring hard which made some of her friends felt restless. Genta was grinning while laughing randomly attracting other weird gaze.

Mitsuhiko : "Aghh!! I really want to do that. Conan-kun once again one step ahead of me. I need to make some counter plan. Hmph..... Another sleepless night again."

Ayumi : "Ai-Chan is really lucky. I want to be carried like that too. It's every girls dream to be embrace by someone they like. I really wish that was me."

Genta : "Hmm.... I already know something like this will happen someday. Let's see what will happen.  Mwahahaha...."

Then, Conan started to walk carefully. Since the door was already open he exit the classroom easily. While counting each step he made, he realized there was no much different when he walked by himself. There was only a few extra weight and she was not heavy.

Since he was a boy and she was a girl, Conan felt an urge to look at Haibara more. So, he started to peek at Haibara's face for a few second.

"She certainly has a cute face. A pair of beautiful eyes , a small nose and a pink lips. She will be much cuter if she smile a bit more."

Since his face is already red due to other reason, there is no change in it's intensity. Then, he move his gaze slowly towards her neck.

"As expected of a girl. Just staring at her lips just for a moment will make thing became more dangerous. I have to keep that in mind or else I will definitely attack her in bed."

After that he moved his sight towards her bosom and waist next. From what he can see her body composition was indeed beautiful even for a kid. But still he felt that she was a bit thin.  He thought that she will be perfect if she gain some weight.  

After he finished admiring her beauty, he avert his eyes to avoid any weird feeling from arise. He will surely regret it if he continue. Then, he sighed with a mix feeling between relief and regret. After a few minutes, he reached infirmary.

That was the truth. Currently Conan just finished explaining some of the situation.

"So, that what was going on." Conan explained to Haibara. Of course he hide the fact when he purposely stared on Haibara's face when he carried her.

After she hearing all of that he stared at Conan as she didn't believe him at all. When, he saw what Haibara was doing he also stared at her.

At last, the staring contest begin.
