" Thank you Mr Williams! " said Lizzie, taking the flash drive that had the school work for a whole month.

" No worries Lizzie, tell your dad to call me before you leave!" the man smiled.

" Will do!" Lizzie smiled back.

" Nerdy much?! " a familiar voice was heard at the back, causing Lizzie to turn and face her immortal enemy.

" What do you want evil one?" Lizzie rolled her eyes and crossed her arms with annoyance.

" Just curious of your sudden interest in studying. Aren't you a last minute student? " Penelope laughed.

" Correct, but actually Josie and I are leaving for a month to visit our mom, so I'm making sure we're on track with school when we come back." Lizzie explained casually.

Penelope's smile faded, but she tried to keep a solid face in front Lizzie.

" Oh, taking a vacation I see, the privilege of your dad being the headmaster. "

" Jealous much? Look Satan I don't have a whole day and I'm actually running late on my schedule, so if you excuse me I have places to be!" Lizzie turned on her heels and started walking away.

Penelope watched Lizzie siting on the couch at the lobby. She couldn't believe how Josie could keep this away from her. Leaving?

Penelope would've understood if Josie kept this away from her before, but after last night she thought things changed between the two.

Penelope took her phone out and quickly texted Josie. She desperately needed an explanation.
