Ariana's POV
I couldn't believe it! I actually stood up to Selena and her clones. My clothes looked and felt gross so I just left school and went back home. I shouldn't be back home for another 6 or 7 hours but I just couldn't stand walking around the school like this.
I unlocked my front door and went up to my room. My parents were at work and Frankie was at school. I changed and put on some grey sweatpants, a pink tank top, and a matching grey sweater. I really wanted to get in shape. Not just so I can get back at Selena but also to please myself. I left the house and walked to the gym that was like 10 minutes away. I got to the gym and went on the treadmill first. I ran a mile and a half then, went to lift some weights. I lift 20 weights for each arm, and afterwards I went to the bicycle. I was on the bicycle for about 45 minutes then afterwards, I went back to the treadmill and ran 2 more miles. By the time, I was done it was 3:45 so I went home.
I hopped into the shower and rinsed off my body and washed my hair. I got out of the shower and wrapped my body in a towel. I kept looking at my red hair. Maybe, it's true. My red hair does look like a wig even if it isn't. I quickly put on a floral top and some blue jeans with my white KEDS. I grabbed my bag, phone, and Wallet and walked to the hair salon that was right around the corner.
I opened the door to the shop and sat down and looked at some styles in their books and magazines. I saw a lot of people with dark brown and black, so I decided to get light brown just to keep it a little different. That was something I always liked about myself. That I never copied anyone.
"Hello! My name is Patricia! How may I help you?" Said a mid-aged woman.
"Um, Hello. I'm Ariana and I was hoping you could dye my hair." I said standing up.
"Why, of course, Ariana! Just meet me at the first chair." She said.
"Oh and what color would you like?" She asked me.
"Well, like a honey or light brown, please." I said walking over to the chair. "Alright!" She said coming over to me and putting the hair dye down on the table. "Let's get started!" She exclaimed.
She walked me over to the sink and started washing my hair. She then wrapped it in a towel and took me back to the chair. She started putting the foils all over my hair as I sat there patiently.
Finally, she finished and she even styled my hair in a half-up, half-down way. I looked at myself in the mirror. "Oh My... Patricia this is wonderful! I love it! Thank you so much!" I said touching my, oh so soft hair. "No problem, Darling. You look beautiful!" She said as I stood up and followes her to the counter so I can pay. "$53.71 please!" She said. I took out a $100 dollar bill and handed it to her. She gave me my change, $46.29, and I left the shop.
As I was walking home, All I kept thinking was that all I needed was to lose weight so I can be a completely new person! I am so ready to take on this challenge!
