First Love (An O2L FanFic)

Chapter 2

Sarah's POV:

"Waky waky sunshine, we are at the airport" I flutter my eyes open and see Olivia above me smiling, this is the first time I have seen her smile in weeks, "You can sleep on the plane honey, now let's go, oh and grab your bags". Moving was still so surreal for me, leaving everything behind, I never really fit in at school so I didn't have any real friends I had to worry about, well except for my ex. But he's not worth worrying about.

I don't really remember the rest of the flight, I slept on and off until we got there, "we will arriving in California, and beginning our decent. Please fold your trays, put away and loose luggage, and fasten your seat belts and bring your chairs to the up right position. Thank you for flying American Airlines we hope you enjoyed your flight", I woke up to the lady saying of the loud and scratchy speaker.

Olivia's POV:

There are too many people in the California airport, I have to stay close by Sarah cause she seems sorta out of it, i mean I love my baby sister and all but she can be a hand full at times. "Hey! Watch it you little bitch", a man yells at me as I accidentally bump into his shoulder causing him to drop his bag, "sorry" I say softly. Then out of no where Sarah shouts "hey! watch how you talk to my sister buddy! it was an accident so back off" we keep walking. You see Sarah got into rugby in grade nine and has been playing since, 2 seasons every year. so you could say she is pretty "fit" for a 16 year old. Rugby has made her fearless. So she is not afraid to stand up for herself or even anyone else for that matter.

Zariah is the only one who knows what our house looks like, so Sarah and I have no clue where we are even headed. All I know about is the surprise we got Sarah, she is going to freak.

Sarah's POV:

This ride in the cab is a long one, good thing we have a cool cab driver, she pumped the tunes for the whole ride. When we got there my jaw dropped, it was beautiful. I loved the new house. We brought all our things inside, Zariah let me choose my room first. The inside of the house was huge! the rooms were all upstairs, and it had a open concept main floor, the kitchen was on one half and the living room was on the other, they were separated by a gorgeous, but big kitchen table. Upstairs there were two bed rooms, one on the left and one on the right, that's were Zariah and Olivia would stay. Up another set of stairs was the attic, but it had been turned into a beautiful room with a big glass window as the front wall and gorgeous curtains to cover it, a beautiful light was hanging in the middle of the pointed roof, this was my new home sweet home.

I heard my sister coming up stairs. " I LOVE IT!" I said running over to Zariah embracing her, "I'm glad to hear so, Sarah, Olivia wants to tell you something" I turn and give Olivia my attention, "Sarah, Zariah and I were thinking about all that you have done for us in these past couple of weeks, with mom and dad passing, and we wanted to get you a gift" my eyes widened, "when I bought the house I payed them a little extra to do this favour for me, and I hope you like it" said Zariah, "you see those curtains over there..." she pointed at my left wall where there were curtains hanging over what looked to be a closet, "go look behind the sweetheart". I ran over to them as fast as I could and threw them open, one whole half of my closet had 10 hooks, each hook had a different coloured penny board with different wheels hanging off it, except for one in the middle, the board was tie-die and had black wheels, it had my name written on it, right down the middle. "OH MY GOSH! I LOVE IT!" I turned around and ran to both my sisters shoving my face between both their chests, I could help but shed a tear "Thank you guys, so much" I say , "anything for our little princess" says Olivia, they call me their "little princess" because that is what my name stands for, princess

I grab my new tie-die penny board and head down stairs with my sisters "ok guys, I'm gonna go try it out, and check out the neighbourhood" I yell as I'm walking out the door " ok don't got too far!" Zariah yells back. I hop on my penny board and start riding down the street, it's a nice neighbourhood, not a lot of cars come on this road, which is good for me.

There was a decent size rock in the road, and I was going at a fast enough speed that I could defiantly wipe out bad, so I tried to swerve around it but I couldn't, my trucks were too tight. Next thing I knew I went flying 3 feet and hit the pavement hard, everything went black.

"Hey, are you ok, hello can you hear me?" I flutter my eyes open and see a boy sitting with his head above mine, and he has me head resting in his lap, he is perfect, he has beautiful blonde hair and beautiful blue eyes. "are you ok?" he repeats, "yeah I think so" I slowly sit up, scanning my body, "ahh, ouch" my knee is aching so I slowly lift up my pant leg, my knee has a giant cut on it and is gushing blood, "shit" I softly say, "um, do you want me to get you some gauze or something" says the boy, " if it wouldn't be too much trouble?" I say. He shakes his head and helps me up, he grabs me board and puts his arm around my waist and I put my arm around his shoulder, to help me keep my balance while I hop up to his door step. I sit down," one sec, let me go get the first aid kit" he says jogging into his house. I must look so stupid right now, way to go Sarah, embarrass your self in front of a cute guy.

He comes back out, there are 5 other boys with him now "hey are you ok?" says one of the boys, he is tall and has brown hair, " yeah I think I will be fine" the boy who helped me earlier hands me a square of gauze with some polysporin on it and some medical tape, I wipe off my cut with a cloth and and place the gauze on top of it, then tape it in place. "Thank you" I say looking at him, "your welcome!" Says the boy.

A boy with some what curly brown hair with blond tips and brown eyes says "hi! I'm Jc, this is Connor" he says pointing at a boy with blonde hair and blue eyes "hi!" He says, "this is Kian" he says pointing at the boy who asked me if I was alright earlier, "hey!"he says, "this is Sam" he says pointing at a boy with brown hair and brown eyes "hi there" hey says, "and this is Ricky" I look over to my right and see a blonde boy, he is tall. "howdy!" He says. I look at the boy who is still by my side, "I'm Trevor" he says looking into my eyes " I'm Sarah " I reply, after looking at him I look around at all the boys. " well thank you guys for all the help, but I should head home now, I just moved in, 3 doors down from here" I reply pointing down the street, " alrighty!" says Jc.

I get up and start to walk down the drive way with a limp, "hey Sarah wait!" I turn around and see Trevor jogging towards me, " you forgot your board" he says handing me my board, "thank you" I say "hey um, I know we just met and all but I was wondering if you wanted to come over tomorrow, me and the boys are just having a get together, just us, and it would be nice if you could come" Trevor says, "yeah for sure!" I reply, I can feel my cheeks fluster, "here let me give you my number", he says I grab my phone and hand it to him, "alright well I'll see you tomorrow then?" he says handing me my phone, I shove it in the pocket of my sweat pants, "see you tomorrow!" I say he hugs me, I as he pulls away I can see his cheeks get red, mine do to. "bye" he says "bye!" I reply.

I start making my way back home, suddenly I get flustered and stop walking, I get dizzy and I feel butterflys in my stomach. I think I'm in love.
