Kirishima
Kirishima watched as his fist landed a hit directly where he had seen the bandages. His eyes opened wide as he heard Bakugo make a strangled scream before he was flung a few metres.Kirishima stood there, shocked by what he had just done. Biting his tongue he ran over to Bakugo, hoping he had missed and it was all just and act.
Then he noticed the blood.
Dark crimson liquid had begun to pool around Bakugo's knees and he simply knelt there holding his side. He was trembling, as if just sitting up took too much effort.
Terrified Kirishima screamed his name over and over. Each time his voice became weaker, muffled by his tears. Bakugo's face seemed to be slowly lose all colour.
"Bakugo, Bakugo Oh my God Mr Aizawa help, Bakugo's bleeding! On my God there's so much blood!"
Kirishima heard Bakugo mutter something. "Guess I lost." Before he collapsed into Kirishima's arms.
After that everything was a blur. Aizawa rushed forward with the medical bots. Kirishima knelt beside Bakugo, his tears had run out by the time their teacher made it.
Kirishima sat there, a blank stare on his face as Aizawa gently took Bakugo from his arms. Kirishima watched as he was carted off, his face now as white as a sheet.
Aizawa came over to Kirishima and patted him in the shoulder.
"It's not your fault you know." He said in a calm and kind voice. "Go with the health bots, if that'll make you feel better."
Kirishima didn't need to be told twice. He slowly got up and walked to the infirmary. All the while his face was empty. No more emotion remained.
He sat outside the infirmity for how long? 1 hour, 3 hours? He honestly didn't know. The events of earlier played in his head over and over again, torturously becoming slow motion when his fist connected with Bakugo.
He could vividly remember Bakugo's face twisted into one of betrayal and a little bit of fear.
"Kiri dearie?" The sound of the old woman snapped him back to reality. Spinning round slowly he saw recovery girl standing in the open door. Her face was grim and for a second, Kirishima thought he had killed him.
"You should come see this." Recovery girl commented before turning and walking into the room. Kirishima follow quickly behind.
As soon as he stepped into the room he heard the door lock behind him. He watched as recovery girl slowly made her way to the only used bed in the infirmary that was in use.
"It would be better if you came a little closer dear." She said in a slightly irritated tone.
Stepping closer Kirishima couldn't stop himself from gasping in horror from what he saw.
Bakugo lay there shirtless, his sides were littered with scars, both fresh and old. The more new ones were bleeding slightly but it was much better now.
Across Bakugo's chest we're bruises in all colours ranging from a faded green to a more recent dark purple. With Bakugo lying on his back he could see the scar above his left eye that would normally be hidden beneath his hair.
Kirishima turned towards recovery girl, he was both horrified and intrigued at the same time.
"I don't know either kid." Recovery girl said, shaking her head solemnly. "But I do know something that might help."
Kirishima's ears pricked up at this and he sat at the edge of Bakugo's bed, just in case he woke up. "Please tell me." He begged her.
"Well I don't have anything concrete, but." She sat down in her chair and paused for a few seconds. Debating whether to tell him or not.
"Please." Kirishima begged. Tears were pooling in his eyes as he looked at Bakugo, discovering more injuries by the second.
He had to know, had to help him. As a friend, until he told him how he felt.
Recovery girl paused for a second. She took a sharp inhale of breath. And started her story.
I'm so tired guys help
