Ruel took me to a small and kinda romantic beach restaurant.
It had small white lanterns hanging around the ceiling, and a romantic vibe to it, with small 'lace' details on every chair.
"This is beautiful" I commented completely in awe over the restaurant.
"Yeah I saw it and thought of you princess" he held me close, I couldn't help but giggle at his words.
Why did he have to have his way to my heart, that easily.
A waiter finally came and lead us to a table. After Ruel had asked for a table for two, under the name Van Dijk.
It was kinda hot.
Not gonna lie.
"So Mr. Van Dijk how did you discover this place?" I said in the worst possible british accent ever.
"You know you were hanging out with Jake, and my friends was doing something, so I went for a walk, and found this place Miss" he acted as I'd done.
But of course better.
Does that even surprise anyone.
No.
I just chuckled before picking up a menu, thankfully it didn't contain any kind of seafood. I did a little fist in the air, in victory, which confused Ruel.
"They don't have seafood" I laughed at my childishness.
"Seafood tastes good"
"I don't think we can be together anymore" I held a serious expression, Ruel looked hella confused, he may have confused me before, but now I was confusing him.
"I can't kiss someone who have had seafood in their mouth"
"But"
"Okay I guess it's okay if you brush your teeth first, and million times" I winked at him before turning my gaze back onto the menu.
"I've kissed you before after eating sushi" he told me.
"How could you do that to me?"
"I didn't know princess" he laughed, I couldn't help but smile as well, he was amazing. I've said that a million times.
But that doesn't change the fact that he's amazing.
-
She was amazing and she probably didn't know.
I sound like a love sick fool when I say this but whenever she smiled, I smiled. The butterflies never seemed to stop fluttering in my stomach, whenever she was near.
She also told me to stop being charming.
But in that case she would need to stop being so goddamn beautiful. Caliana wasn't what normal people would call beautiful.
She weren't gorgeous, but there was just something about her that made her mesmerizing.
"What are you thinking about ordering?" she took me out of my trance.
Luckily I'd already decided. "I think I'll just go with the curry rice" I smiled at her. "Yeah me too" she smiled.
I looked around for a waiter and the waiter that lead us to our table came. "Two curry rice, a coke and a water?" I looked at Caliana who nodded.
"Yeah and a water" I confirmed my words from just before.
-
"So I was thinking-" Ruel was smiling brightly as he started talking.
"Yeah?" I sipped on my water, with a small smile on my lips. "Do you like maybe want to-" he stopped himself.
"Come on spit it out" I said with a laugh, getting impatient. "Chill" he laughed, before sitting up straighter in his chair.
Serious.
"Is something wrong?" I asked, now he made me nervous, had I done something wrong? Was he breaking up with me?
"No everything is perfect, but I was thinking that maybe once it has been new years eve, that we take a little get away" he suggested.
"Will my parents allow that?"
"Don't know we could ask" he shrugged with a smile. "Okay" his eyes brightened at my words, or word.
"Good, cause I kinda already rented the house from the 3rd to the 8th" he laughed nervously. "But Ruel" I couldn't help but grin wide.
"What?"
"My dad will give you the flowers and the bees talk" I couldn't help but laugh at Ruel's reaction.
"Why?"
"I don't know, two teens both 16 and up in a small get away house somewhere, do you even hear how that sounds?" I giggled.
"I weren't thinking that, but if you want me to I can bring co-"
"Nope it's fine" I chuckled nervously.
"Caliana I will never pressure you into something you aren't ready for" he told me suddenly getting serious.
"Good"
"Yeah, but it's in a small beach house close to Sydney" he answered my words from a while back.
"Okay, I'll ask" I smiled widely.
I didn't know what to suspect, I knew he'd never pressure me into anything, but I don't know.
-
"You done?" Ruel asked after us sitting and chatting for nearly an hour. I nodded as we both started to get up, Ruel got up faster than me, and went up to pay.
I smiled before walking up to him, hugging him from behind.
"This night was amazing" I mumbled against his back. "Was it?" he chuckled turning around after paying.
"Yeah"
"Wanna take a walk on the beach?" he asked grabbing my hand in his large one, he was amazing.
"Why so romantic tonight?" I giggled following him blindly, like I had done the first time we met, and it lead to this, so I didn't mind following him blindly.
We walked for I don't know how long, I was wrapped in Ruels long arms.
That was what safety felt like, being secure in someone's arms, and not feeling any pressure of the world or its xpectations.
That was the way I wanted to live.
Feeling no pressure, but I knew that once me and Ruel were away from each other, reality would come crashing down hard.
But why procrastinate about it then, it was the perfect moment.
No need to ruin it.
I was sure that, that trip to the beach house would be amazing.

Sorry that these past chapter has been a bit sugar coated, I just thought that always writing and reading the same heartbreak stories can sometimes be too much.
So I write these sweet sugar coated love stories, and you know what I don't mind, it reminds me that even though a lot of love doesn't work out, some love can still work out.
But I'm writing a new book and it's throwing me out of my dear dear comfort zone, it'll be about Ruel as well, but not as sugar coated.
But still sugar kinda coated idk
I hope you liked this book, please share, vote and comment if you did, or if you have anything you want to say.
Luv you all
