Requested by @ShadowofAholaY/n on the front porch steps to her house with Psyduck making weird noises as it rested its head on her lap.
"Y/n!" The girl smiled as she heard a familiar and friendly voice in the distance. The girl looked up to see her friend, Green.
She smiled and waved at her spiky haired friend as he sat down next to her.
"How've you been?" Green asked. Y/n pulled a notebook from under Psyduck's head and took the pen hanging from her shirt and began to quickly scribble down some writing.
Fine. How about you?
Green smiled at the words his friend put on the paper. She had pretty handwriting, even if she had scribbled it down. He scratched his neck and cheesed.
"Nothing really." Y/n tilted her head curiously. She began to write again.
Are you okay?
Green examined his friend, noticing the genuine worry painted across her face.
"Ah, yeah I'm fine!" He said.
Okay, Y/n wrote and rested the notebook down in between the two. They both sat in silence for a moment before Green strikes up a conversation with a question.
"How come you never talk?"
Y/n looked at him and raised a brow. She picked up her notebook.
I don't really know. I just never talked.
Green felt awkward for asking the question in the first place. "Sorry."
It's fine. I'm gonna go and get some snacks, I'll be right back!
Lifting up Psyduck and heading in the house, the girl went to go get some snacks for her and her friend.
While she was gone, Green was itching to go through her notebook to see what she'd written in there, but he decided to respect her privacy.
And then the wind blew. So much for respecting her privacy. The wind ripped through the pages of the notebook to a sketch of someone with oddly familiar spiky hair. Green looked at the drawing and saw it was him-in very good detail. He also noticed the little doodle hearts around his head and a...Psyduck footprint?-Anyways, he was admiring the photo of himself. He never thought she was a good artist.
Y/n came back outside, Psyduck wobbling behind her. Green smiled as she sat down next to him.
"Your drawings are really something," he commented.
Instantly, her face melted into a rosy red color and she dropped the tray of snacks to cover her face in embarrassment. Green smiled and wrapped his right arm around her shoulders. She looked up at him with a red face and sighed.
"Can I watch you draw this time?"
A/n: I've been putting this off for too long omg. I've got so many stories I wanna publish but I don't think people will be interested. I also had an idea for Digimon but I'll get into that later.
