You knew you should be working not staring blankly ahead at the computer screen. Your mind was cluttered with so many thoughts that even yourself found it hard to sort it out and emotionally deal with it one on one. "(Y/N)" a deep voice pulled you out of the black hole of thoughts that was consuming you. You cleared your throat looking up from the computer screen, "yes?" As soon as your mind was able to register who was standing before you, you stuttered uncontrollably "I mean yes, Mr Queen?" Your boss... well boss' son is in your office. All the way down in the I.T. Department. 'Oh shit' you thought... is he going to fire you?! You held your breath as you continued to awkwardly stare at him. Oliver chuckled clearly amused by your reaction. "I was hoping you would be able to retrieve any information left behind on this laptop." He slowly placed a broken military looking laptop on your desk. You nodded your head "of course, I'll send you everything I can recover as soon as possible." He nods his head smirking "well I would prefer it if you would deliver it yourself." With that he winks and walks away leaving you mortified at your desk.

"Tommy stop! Your going to get me in trouble!" You scolded your best friend. You are currently working at Merlyn Global as an intern on Malcolm's floor. However your annoying friend got it in his head that it would be a great idea to get you to ditch work to fly out and get sushi. "If my father finds out I'll vouch for you." You roll your eyes "I literally have 2 hours left why can't we get sushi then!" You whine. Tommy groans as he follows you down the hall "because I hate waiting!" Before you could counter argue his protest you bump into a large figure that knocks you to the ground as your stacks of neatly filed papers fly everywhere. "TOMMY!" You growl. You look at Tommy who is having a laughing fit. You look up at the person you bumped into. You are met with icey blue eyes....Malcolm Merlyn. You mentally face palmed yourself and cursed Tommy. "Tommy are you bothering my interns?" Malcolm questions helping you up. You mumbled a 'thank you' while nodding your head. "Dad I just wanted to take (Y/N) out for sushi but she's working... can you tell her it's okay to get off work early?" You send a glare to a smirking Tommy. You turn back to Malcolm who is eyeing you carefully which causes you to slightly blush. "Yes Miss (Y/L/N) why don't you join me for dinner while Tommy cleans up this mess." You giggle looking at a dumbfounded Tommy. "Shall we?" Malcolm offers you a hand as you follow him, turning to catch a glance at Tommy's shocked expression causing you to giggle even more.
