2-D ushered Murdoc inside the booth, much to the Satanist's dismay, and helped him prepare for the song which would definitely ruin Murdoc's image as one who rarely sang and was horrible when he did, someone who refused to sing Christmas songs or even celebrate the holiday, and a laid-back, good-for-nothing twat who is attempting to redeem himself.
Sadly, he complied, knowing that to beat up 2-D at this point would completely ruin their building relationship(Platonicly, because not all of my stories can have 2Doc in them, now can they?)and break the promise he'd made to the singer upon returning from Patagonia with Noodle.
Even if it meant singing the "stupid waste of time and energy" song, as he called it, he refused to break any promises he'd make. He'd promised he would do the album that night to you, so he was doing the album. Je swallowed his pride, nodded to 2-D as a signal to start, and began to sing...
